The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The room was dark and had some spiders and cobwebs. The corner was full of dust. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Banff. There was no Internet or cell phone reception in the room. There was only one restaurant to eat at, which was expensive and very modest. I'm never going back there.

Nice quiet get away from everything. Made sure I had plenty of fire starters for in my room as well as everything else. Was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Good place to relax with a good book and some music.

It was my second time staying in a cabin, this time with my family, and it was as chic and warm as ever. The staff who served us were very welcoming. There was a guy from Germany who was in charge of transporting luggage and he was very helpful.

It was a very amazing experience. I was fortunate to live in the first row of rooms near the lake. Compared with other hotels that Banff and Jasper stayed in, I fully felt how cost-effective this hotel is. I will not go to other hotels in Banff in the future!

The dinner tastes good, the breakfast options are not rich and there is room for improvement
There is a lake view outside the window. Although the room is a bit old, it is spacious and the ambient fireplace experience is good.

Excellent location of the hotel, in the mountains on the first line by the lake, the design of the rooms is 3/5, I didn’t like that there was a road and car parking on the territory of the hotel.

The scenery of the hotel is first-class, and the taste of the restaurant is also great, but there is no signal! Except the hotel lobby! Check In takes too long! Waited for a long time!
