Finished our Camino from Le Puy here. Absolutely wonderful stay. Great room, great food, great staff. Thank you for a memorable stay. The room overlooked the Cele, was very clean and had all the amenities. Pool on the roof was lovely on a sunny day. Breakfast was incredible... goat yoghurt!!! Great breads, fruit, charcuterie, cheeses...

Comfortable though modest place, but perfectly located on the river in Figeac, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Has free parking too! Staff were.very helpful and kind, retrieving and returning some items before I had realised I'd mislaid them

Great location. Rude staff. The breakfast served from 7am until 10am, but at 8 am only bread and jam were available. The promised hot breakfast was not available, but at the checkout I was presented with a bucket of scrambled eggs and asked to pay €15!

We spent two nights here, and were very pleased. It is in a convenient location, we had a good rooms with all possible facilities, it was quiet, had a great bed,there was excellent wifi, they served a great breakfast and excellent dinners, the staff were friendly ...I struggle to find a fault

A very pleasant discovery, we arrived in Figeac almost by chance, since we were on our way to Conques, still at night (it was 8 o'clock) we entered the restaurant to have some beers and some snacks, but the image and kindness of the waiter, and the Maitre made us stay for dinner, very good cuisine, and better treatment, definitely worth repeating, oh, and since we didn't have a hotel reservation, since we were going on our own, we decided to stay at his hotel. A complete success, in terms of quality and price, the best we had in Occitania

Pleasant hotel and team but poorly soundproofed room (urban noise). Some rooms have been equipped with over-windows, others not. Do not hesitate to ask for soundproofed rooms, your experience in this hotel will only be better.

When we arrived for a 4-night stay in this establishment, we informed the receptionist that the air conditioning in our room was not working (very hot period at that time). He is not surprised and tells us that the repair company has been informed. No solution to change rooms: full hotel! 1st observation: the customer is not informed in advance of a problem known to the hotelier, especially during these heatwave periods. We would have canceled the reservation. 2nd observation: customers were leaving every day, no room change offered. 3rd observation: no compensation except (after exchange of email) an offer, of extraordinary generosity, 1000 bonus points on the loyalty card which represents approximately 4.50 euros for 650 euros spent in this hotel. Conclusion: we paid for a room that did not correspond to the description chosen without compensation. I will not argue with the hotelier's explanations of "lack of staff, both at the service provider's and ours". It's up to the customer to assume responsibility. Not a good life!

An excellent stay in this high quality establishment. The rooms are spacious, modern and impeccably clean. The welcome and service are excellent: availability, smile, professionalism. Breakfast offering a wide choice and quality products, the half-board option is very recommendable, the restaurant is very good, quality and copious dishes, quality service, good value for money.

Excellent séjour ! L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. L'emplacement est idéal et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Un séjour très agréable à l’Hôtel Au Pont d’Or. L’équipe se distingue vraiment par sa sympathie et son sens de l’accueil, ce qui donne immédiatement une atmosphère chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai point fort : varié, généreux et de très bonne qualité, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Les chambres, même si elles sont un peu désuètes, restent propres et confortables. Cela n’enlève rien au charme de l’établissement, surtout au regard du bon rapport qualité‑prix qu’il propose. En résumé, une adresse simple mais accueillante, portée par une équipe attentionnée et un excellent petit déjeuner. Une bonne option pour un séjour sans prétention mais réussi.
