Location is great. Nice place near Colosseum, No breakfast. Quite Safe. Close to Metro and walkable to Colosseum; walkable but a little further to Trevi, Spanish steps. Room was clean with enough towels. Nice host, who gave tips for local restaurants and directions. Bed was med/Firm, pillows were firm. Shower is very small, but good strong flow from shower head. There is a "tiny" Kitchen, to store your food in the fridge, make tea or coffee. It is a shared Kitchen. It does have an elevator, the "Tiniest" elevator I have ever seen. My Husband could barely fit in it sideways. It was $150 Aus/night. One of the cheapest we could find in the location. I would call it a "budget hotel". For the price we found it to be very good.

Wonderful location, close to the train, coliseum and in a great neighborhood. Very clean, great space and great price. We would definitely stay here again :-)

Appartamento ubicato al 4 piano di un bello stabile. Con ascensore. Infissi che non fanno entrare il rumore della via Merulana. Gran cosa. Materasso e cuscino favolosi. Altra gran cosa non così scontata. Doccia calda. Pulito. Colain camera semplice ma ciò che serve. Zona servita e comoda. TV e cassetta sicurezza. ...e poi Simone e Giordano...due perfetti padroni di casa. Complimenti!!!!!! Consiglio su tutti i fronti, nulla NULLA di negativo da segnalare. Sono stata con figli piccoli.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima, vicina al centro (il Colosseo dista solo 5 minuti a piedi) e alla metro. La fermata del bus è praticamente sotto casa. La stanza è molto pulita, ogni giorno vengono effettuate le pulizie. Simone è un hoste molto gentile e disponibile e ogni mattina ci ha coccolati con una piccola colazione. Fortemente consigliato.

Ottima posizione,a 5 minuti a piedi dal colosseo e fori imperiali , vicino a tutti i beni di prima necessità e luoghi di svago e cultura,pulizie giornaliere e camere pulitissime ,letti super comodi,i servizi offerti ineccepibili. Rapporto qualità-prezzo senza nulla da dire . Il proprietario Simone persona educata,gentile che mette a proprio agio le persone , qualità importantissima . Ci torneremo !

B&B molto carino,pulito e a due passi dalla stazione Termini. Ubicato in un bel palazzo è in un punto strategico per chi come noi usa i mezzi . Il proprietario non ha eguali per gentilezza ,premura e simpatia nei confronti degli ospiti. Simone ti adoriamo. 🌺🌺🌺

Ho alloggiato in questo B&B per 4 giorni mi sono trovata benissimo sia per la posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro città ma soprattutto per la disponibilità e la sensibilità di Simone una persona che mette il cuore nel lavoro che fa e che la trasmette ai clienti.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabili!Simone è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La stanza è accogliente, pulita e la colazione ottima. Ci ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio e la consigliamo a tutti anche per la comodità e la vicinanza alla stazione Termini e al Colosseo. Abbiamo girato Roma prevalentemente a piedi, perché veramente tutto è facilmente raggiungibile senza prendere la metro o altri mezzi pubblici. Segnaliamo anche la vicinanza alla metro, fermata autobus e tram proprio sotto il bed and breakfast, principali negozi tutti nelle immediate vicinanze. D’ora in poi, il nostro bed and breakfast a Roma! Complimenti Simone e grazie della meravigliosa ospitalità.
