Hotel excellent for the money and staff very welcoming,couldn’t fault anything in the room .parking a bit confusing.

The staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was clean, fresh and modern. We had a walk in shower, lovely big white fluffy towels and Dove toiletries. Easy access to local areas and less than a 10 minute drive into Benidorm. Well signposted and a free car park. Breakfast was included and there was lots of choice, including 24 hour tea and coffee in reception. We'll be back.

Very friendly staff, both at the concierge and reception. Close to shopping centers and the beach. Free 24-hour hot beverage service. The room was small but comfortable.

Great place to stay about an hour to walk to the middle of Benidorm but we new that 😁 there is a bus stop just outside takes about 35 minutes 😁 can’t fault anything about this hotel

Great newly hotel that was very clean. The location is ideal, between the tram stop and the beach. Plenty of shops nearby. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were really good, the staff attention was excellent, and the food was very good. On the negative side, I'd point out the limited parking spaces. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
