The staff are very helpful and friendly. The unit was beautiful and clean. With a short walk to the beach and a fabulous swimming pool.

We had the pleasure of staying this January and have come back regularly for many years always enjoyed our time. Rooms are clean and the pool and grounds are perfect and staff are friendly. Great position close to a flagged beach as well.

We had an event booked in and was arranging accommodation for 10 families, to be told there was a 3 night min due to public holiday on the WEDNESDAY before, just money grabbing! You should be ashamed ! We'll never book another event in Fingal

Very friendly staff. Great big park. Beautiful pool. Clean amenities. Many many sites available from big rigs to tents. Sites are a good size. Fun games room. Fantastic camp kitchen. Great for bike riding. Lots of things to do in the park and in the area.

I stayed in a cabin. It was fantastic! Air con, verandah with chairs and table, great shower, comfy bed. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also nice and quiet. The pool is fabulous and so warm and big enough for a proper swim. I'll be back for sure.

Originally we were going to stay at Ingenia soldiers point during September. We had to cancel due to family reasons. I gave a months notice but they wouldn’t fully refund so I took credit. When I went to rebook, because it was the long weekend, the price went from $317 to nearly $800! (For a slab of concrete and a PowerPoint…) Suffice to say, we canceled and they took $50 for our troubles. I am so glad we wasted $50 on that failed booking now. I’ve been to that Ingenia, but I’d never camped at Fingal bay. Fingal met and exceeded my expectations! Excellent facilities, large park, friendly staff and beautiful pool with a great location next to the beach. AND all at a fraction of the price of the Ingenias in the area. You should be proud of your beautiful park, but you should also pride yourself on the fact that whilst all the parks around you are more than DOUBLING their prices, you simply add a fair surcharge onto the price to cover public holiday wages, and leave it at that. You should also be proud that whilst those same parks are imposing a 4 night minimum, forcing their patrons to extend their holiday and take a day of annual leave therefore defeating the purpose of the free day off a long weekend offers, you allow people to simply stay for the time we have been given. So thank you for being a great park and thank you for not bowing to the greedy tactics of your competitors. Well done!

We stayed for one night in a camper back in March. It was our first time visiting Australia and our first time using a campervan. We were absolutely blown away with the facilities at Fingal bay. The bathrooms were so clean and the showers were hot and well kept. The location was amazing with the beach just a short 2 minutes across the road. We wish we could've stayed and longer and will definitely return at some point.

We paid premium prices to camp next to a bin and the kept awake all night by partygoers the music went well after 3 and gatherings outside our campsite of adult men on a skate board roaring up and down the road. The camp kitchen was filthy. I would not recommend it. Terrible when we had experienced so much beauty on the Tomaree Coastal walk. I wouldn’t rate the customer service either. Our group of 4 will not be back.

We stayed in a standard cabin. It was spacious and comfortable and very clean. It was located among trees & not up against other cabins as is so often the case with other caravan parks. The queen size bed was the most comfortable and supportive not like many caravan park cabins that we have stayed in where the mattress was very hard. It is a short walk across to the beachfront that is patrolled by surf life savers. There is a walking / bike riding track across the road.
