The hotel is perfectly located, just across the street from the main Oia tourist area. The rooms face the sea east of Santorini, with the caldera to the west. We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room with a king-size bed upstairs, which was excellent value for money. The room was clean and perfect for a family trip. However, the sea view from this room is partially obscured by the front fence and road, as it's located lower. Their other rooms are upstairs, have balconies, and supposedly offer better views. Breakfast was not included, but otherwise, everything else was perfect. Highly recommended.

The room is ok, but the hotel is too far away and too remote, on the top of a mountain in a remote area, and you have to take a taxi.

This is a very cost-effective hotel. The owner is very friendly. You can see the sunrise. Across the street is Santorini's most famous Oia sunset viewing platform, which is only a five-minute walk away. It is much more cost-effective than the cliff hotel.

I checked into Muses Cycladic Suites finding out there is no water. Property owner - Janas refused to issue the refund. I was very disappointed with lack of his understanding of the situation. I would like to warn any future customers to not stay in there. Also the property was not clean, the bath tub was covered with dust and the bottom of tub had black sand. This is the perfect place to ruin your holiday mood.

Hotel had NON-working AC and all they did was provide a small fan. Refused to move us to relocate or refund us. They were well aware of the AC issue because they did not act surprised at all when we reported. STAY AWAY

Great stay. All comfort with private jacuzzi and terrace. Accommodation very well located for visiting Oia and Fira. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect stay thanks to the welcome, availability and advice of our host Lia.

Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillie par Éva la manager qui se dépense sans compter pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Les suites sont bien décorées et très bien agencées, il y a deux chambres avec deux salles d'eau, deux wcs et une baignoire, la vue sur mer n'est pas aussi belle que de l'autre de la Caldera mais c'est pas mal non plus. Et c'est surtout un rapport qualité prix imbattable comparativement aux autres hébergements dans le coin car Muses Cycladic est on ne peut mieux situé à Oia. A 10 mètres à peine des restaurants, points de vue à couper le souffle. Et la gentille Éva fait un job formidable, rappelons-le !
