Incredible location with one of the best views in Fira. The suites are great and the staff are so nice. Breakfast in our room with the view was amazing!

All the staff were very kind and it was a satisfying stay. Amenities are free and come with delicious wine and fruit. In addition, a hair dryer and shampoo are also provided, so there is no problem for staying. The time spent watching the sunset was the best.

Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay.

Hill Suites was better than we could’ve imagined. While the rooms were beautiful and clean, and location was perfect, the real star of the show was Marco (like many of the reviews before have said). Marco made us feel like old friends from the second we arrived. He is the most devoted host you will ever meet and has a great recommendation for anything you may need while in Santorini. Our stay was so wonderful that we intend on coming back every year to stay at Hill Suites. Thank you Marco for a wonderful stay and please keep in touch 😊

This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^ You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious! The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the sunrise room type for free. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. It's just that the weather is very cold and you can't go in the water. You can take a shower! ! ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The hotel has a great view of the volcanic island Nea Kameni and the caldera. It is well located, near to shops and restaurants. The room is comfortable and spacious. Service is great! We had breakfast served in our room. Only issue is that the jacuzzi wasn't working on our first night. Other than that, a great place to stay in Fira!

Manolis and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and incredibly cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I truly appreciated the little touches that made me feel right at home.

The room and terrace are large and the views are beautiful. Although the view on the left is more obscured than in a public place and it is easier to see strangers, the overall feeling is very good. The jacuzzi is very good. You can cover it with a cover when not in use. It is better for insulation and cleaner.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
