It was okay, quite a few Chinese guests stay here.

Being originally from Florence, I’m extremely picky when it comes to meat, especially T-bone steak… but this place honestly surprised me. The quality of the meat was outstanding. Compliments to the chef and all the staff for making the evening so enjoyable. Grazie!

If you come here after dark and leave before sunrise, maybe just maybe this is an acceptable hotel. If you spend any more time in the hotel and room you start to notice that it is filthy, I mean beyond disguising. Once you see how bad it is been cleaned you want to wear gloves and shower constantly. Stay at your own risk.

The service was good , good meal , price affordable

Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.

The loft suite was fantastic, probably newly renovated, and perfect for families with kids, featuring two bathrooms and shower rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). The hotel's front desk offers 24-hour service; we checked in at 1 AM, and the staff member was very welcoming. My only minor complaint is that the airport shuttle charges a fee and stops running at 7 PM, so we had to take an Uber.

Fantastic hotel, so grateful for the convenience! Overall a truly great hotel! We were so thankful for the perfect location—literally only a 10-minute drive to the airport. The room was also very well-equipped and comfortable. Thank you for making our trip so smooth!

I arrived late at night and had an early flight to Rome the next day, so I booked this hotel near the airport. The location is indeed good. I heard they have tennis courts, which I unfortunately didn't have time to try this visit. I'll save that for next time, haha!

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. It was quite spacious. The restaurant was also good, and the breakfast spread was plentiful and fresh. The staff were attentive and polite. The front desk seemed very organized. Both times I stayed, I saw Air China flight crews checking in. Overall, a good experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient, and at 6 euros per person, it was quite reasonable compared to other airport hotels.

Comfortable bed in an older hotel. Pool closed in the height of summer - unbelievable!

Booked for an early flight near the airport, chose the Mercure most out of the brand and Accor but really nowhere near my expectation. In short, rude front desk service with awful hygienic conditions and outdated decorations. The hotel is quite empty but we were arranged to the corner room at the end, making us need to carry big luggage along the wat. The holes on the shower head are filled with black and green dirt, too disgusting to use for the shower, no idea why no one pays attention to it and changes a new one, is that expensive in Italy? The bed inside is an outdated string mattress, squeaking loudly when sleeping. The curtain cannot fully cover the windows, which makes it quite shiny in the morning and forces you awake for sensitive people. Bad experience and didn't have a good rest for the morning flight. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK!

The entrance to the hotel looks and smells nice, the shuttle from the airport is comfortable and the receptionists are courteous. But don't get fooled by this start, the room is quite bad, smells of smoke and the air conditioning doesn't cool at all. We had to sleep with the window opened as it was incredibly hot and it was not safe as it lead to a shared balcony. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The hotel is absolutely in a very high standard, very nice location near to the Fiumicino Airport by hotel shuttle bus. With a nice swimming pool and very convenient restaurant nearby. I definitely recommend you to take this one if you have a short transit in Rome.
