We have to spend the New Year 2024 at this place (arrived late at Fuimichino and Tiber looked like the best option in the area).
I would say that the location was good, with a partial see view and pretty quiet. I also liked the choice of cafes around (small place serving fresh grilled fish and seafood is really the BEST!). Thought the hotel bar is definitely overpriced.
The parking is right in front, you can also use the shuttle bus to Rome which is very convenient and fast.
The room was spacious. Buuuut the furniture was definitely and visibly worn out. Guys, please, do smth with it.
And the general attitude of the stuff was, let's say, cool. They showed no interest in you. I understand that the hotel is mostly used as a stopover by the travellers so the stuff doesn't bother. But for a NY (and in general) more warmth would change a lot.

Very expensive.
Sky tv not working
No usb sockets in the room too ok charge phones
Room was cold, not sure if air con was working, temperature set at 30 degrees still cold.
Messaged property about shuttle service no reply
Arrived to be told room was booked for 2 people not 3 which was the booking, given a foldable bed

It is the biggest hotel in town. The two has many restaurants. The hotel people were super help, especially a guy called Franscico.
The room was about 300+sqft, and nice. I would say it is about a 3.5 star hotel.
The taxi is about 30-40ur to FCO airport.

The hotel is ideal for transit passengers. 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Right on the seashore. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very modest but not very expensive either.
