Had a very comfortable stay at Thon. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel was conveniently located in the mall where it was easy to get some grocery. The breakfast was good too. Booked the package which came with the Bear park tickets which was value for money.

Best hotel breakfast I think I've ever had when it comes to the quality of the food. I have eaten breakfasts with more variety in bigger hotels, but the quality and preparation of the very well put together breakfast buffet here was extremely good. Location is great for visiting Bjørneparken. Staff is very friendly. Dining area could be a bit warmer. There could be a bit better sound proofing between the hallway and the rooms.

An amazing stay! The staff go above and beyond! Positives: - clean, spacious rooms - child friendly - breakfast was phenomenal - you can pack lunches for a fee - gluten free options are vast for dinner and breakfast! Could be improved - the door, even when locked, could be opened by a toddler - this was slightly terrifying but is probably a fire safety feature! Just be aware

Average rooms, but just perfect for families traveling with kids in the area, as this is the only hotel near by. Be sure you book a room at the HOTEL and not the studio apartments 1 km away from the hotel (unless this is what you want). The price is average compared to what you get, but considering this is a remote place and not a city, it is a bit expensive, though. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which is one of the best ones I have experienced in a 3-star hotel. This breakfast surely could be served in a 4 -or 5-star hotel. The food in the restaurant (evenings) is good, above average, and certainly much better than the other restaurants in Flå. Friendly staff both in the reception and restaurant. As this is a place with many families/kids, be aware that it could be a bit noisy, especially during the breakfast. This is the best/nearest place for accomodation when visiting Bjørneparken, and the hotel and Bjørneparken offer -15% if you order both accomodation and a visit to Bjørneparken through their website (Thon Hotels). Most families spend 1-2 days in the area, and it is possible to buy a Day 2 ticket to Bjørneparken for -50% of what they normally charge.

Just amazing! The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. The room was comfortable, travel cot was requested and provided. My only bug bear was the neon lights outside the room! However, this was an exceptional stay and we will book again for next year.

The best hotel in the area. They have a great service and friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and tidy rooms just perfect. I would like to thank them for making my day They have a discount on the nearby zoo which was a plus since it is the main attraction in the area and the location is perfect

Stayed here for two nights for our trip to Bjørneparken. Comfortable stay. Good buffet and friendly staff. The shopping center os next door. Bjørneparken is a short walk from the hotel. Would recommend this place. We took the train to Flå. The hotel is a 15 mins walk from the train station.

Situado en un entorno bonito con la atracción del parque de osos muy cercana. Lugar alejado y muy tranquilo. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Aparcamiento fácil Desayuno regular ni variado ni abundante. Personal de recepción correcto y amable

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel ,come tappa di passaggio durante un viaggio itinerante in Norvegia La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era ampia arredata in modo essenziale ma comunque confortevole ,bagno con zona doccia comoda e ben separata dal resto( cosa che ho molto apprezzato in quanto in molti posti in Scandinavia ci sono docce a pavimento con allagamento bagno! ),silenziosa In verità la prima camera assegnata non ci piaceva troppo perché al piano terra con affaccio sul parcheggio dell’ adiacente centro commerciale ma L’ addetta alla reception ce L’ ha prontamente cambiata Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel mangiando la pizza che era buona e ad un costo ragionevole ,tenendo conto che ci trovavamo in Norvegia e non in Italia Colazione molto ricca e con ampia scelta Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale sia di sala che alla reception Anche se era una località non particolarmente segnalata nelle guide il paesaggio nei dintorni è spettacolare
