The hotel facilities are outdated and should be simply refurbished in 19 years. Renovation in 19 years is simply fooling the guests.

The heater/ac fan was constantly on and off all night, no heat in the bathroom at all-with cold tile flooring, the toilet quit flushing during the night with no attendant to call at the front desk. I’m glad the rate wasn’t any more than I paid!

We have been staying here for years and love this place. This stay was an outlier, and I sincerely hope just a one-off bad experience. While the room appeared overall clean, these rooms are pretty poorly done all in all. It was 24° outside when we arrived. The room(s) were freezing and took about 2hrs to warm up as the heat was off. 1 of the heaters did not work until about 20min of resetting at the outlet. We stay here every time we are in Flag and always recommended to friends, but this was the first time we felt like we drastically overpaid, we not comfortable and did not sleep much. All night we heard people clomping around upstairs, outside the window and at the stairs. Coffee maker was quite dirty along with some of the dishes.

There was no wifi in our room. Informed the staff, who said he would reset it but nothing was done. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is no dining table to eat from. We stayed in the presidential suite which is actually 2 conjoined rooms. One has a jacuzzi within the room but the water splashed everywhere when the water was turned on and wet the flood everywhere

The place was nice & cozy. The rate was good. The beds were super comfy. It has wear & but no bugs! Which a huge plus. Also very warm in the winter.

Filthy sheets, no fitted sheet, stained mattress, disgusting bathroom with toothpaste dripping down the front of the vanity. Left and went somewhere else. Stay away
