Check in very easy… friendly and knowledgeable front desk!!… room clean and comfortable

The entry door looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close completely so we had to deal with a bright sign shining in all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night.

This is false advertising of the place. Due to its standards I was forced to eat out albeit breakfast was included. I will never visit this place again

The good: The bathroom was fairly new and the sink was also renovated and clean. The sheets on the bed looked clean. But It took me awhile to actually find my room as it was behind the pool. The location did not have a parking spot close by so I had to lug my bags from a dirt parking lot to the room. The worst part was that there was a connecting door to the next room and it did not close all the way. It definitely didn't lock. I ended up pushing the cabinet that the TV was on in front of the door to ensure nobody came in that way. The next day as I was checking out I asked if there was an ice machine. There was but of course it didn't work. I also forgot something in the room and the clerk gave me a key so I could get it but the key didn't work. She made a bunch more and finally came out with real keys instead of cards but it took like 15 minutes. I appreciate that she put in an effort to help me, But it was ridiculous that the 10 or more key cards she made didn't work on the door.

Easy to find, room was decent. Beds were pretty comfortable but cleanliness of the room and property was sub-par. There was significant dirt and dust in the room around the baseboards, under furniture. There was pieces of orange peels in the AC unit. There was a lot of trash and cigarette butts out front of the main doors. Was pretty quiet and I would stay again if they worked on the up-keep

I'm a female, traveling alone. I arrived after dark. I was given a room in the back of the motel, and there were a lot of men just hanging out by their cars and smoking, etc. when I pulled up to my room. I didn't feel safe. Once in my room, I was afraid to come back out. You could tell the place wasn't full. Why they wouldn't plan room assignments a little better or not allow all the men to just hang outside is troublesome. I won't return, despite the convenience of parking there for airport shuttle service. I will find alternative arrangments.

The front staff worker was courteous and helpful. The room was not spotless, but was mostly clean. There was a little bit of trash right outside my door and the floor had some stuff on it. The more annoying issue for the room was the microwave plate did not fit on the turning mechanism - had the wrong plate in it. I heard it clunking as the mechanism turns but the plate does not. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. The room setup looks great. I got there at 8 am on a Sunday morning. There was very little cereal left, very few napkins, the selections were limited, and the garbage can looked disgusting. I don't expect foods, such as eggs, that need to be kept hot, but at least bagels, toast, yogurts, more fruit options, etc. It looks like the dirt lot is part of the parking lot. Some things were very good and the problem things seem easy to fix.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There appeared to be mold underneath the bathroom mirror. The towels were stained and the bath mat was very thin. I almost fell in the tub, i suggest some kind of non slip strips in the tub. I had to hunt for the coffee pot cord so that i could plug it in. Very frustrating. The evening clerk was quite nice. The morning vlerk was ok, but not very engaging.
