There were a couple of nights with my husband: Thank you very much for the upgrade of the room! The hotel is close to the centre, 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella, excellent location to visit Florence It is very well furnished, with good taste It is beautiful both rooms and common spaces; a girl the beautiful garden very reserved. The hotel also has some very valuable car parking in a city. They have no recharge column Breakfast is normal not from 5 stars As other services: the bathroom complimentary were not remitted on the second day; the room before the night is not re-reconstructed; TV is not smart, so nothing Netflix ( now present in all hotels in this category ) I would advise you to do so, but you need to wait for the 5-star services

This is a wonderful stay and great help from the concierge when planning our trip. The hotel is located on the banks of the Arno River. The main entrance of the hotel is directly opposite the French consulate. There is a small square in front of the hotel. You can temporarily park your car temporarily and open small markets on weekends. Five minutes walk along the river bank is Uffizi Gallery, Old Bridge! The window opened in the room is directly opposite the Baihua Cathedral, Giotto's Bell Tower, and the church can be opened to the full view of the church. The left hand old bridge and the right hand Holy Trinity Bridge, the view is excellent! The bedding is comfortable, the room area is relatively large in Italy, classical and luxurious. The only dissatisfaction was that the booking fee was clearly the money for the river view room, but the front desk said that the reservation was only for a superior room. But polite and old-fashioned at the same time, because I emphasized that if it was n’t for the river view room, there would be no meaning to live here. The front desk said that I was sorry the room was full, and I could upgrade to the river view room on the balcony of the administrative floor if I added 200 euros. After expressing dissatisfaction, I asked to wait at the front desk for a while, but also forced them to check the room again, and finally got this river-view room without replenishment! I don't know if this is the case, it is Ctrip or the hotel routine.

We have travelled throughout the world and have finally found our home away from home. This trip was in part a celebration of our daughter’s graduation from film school and in part our own celebration of retirement. We were greeted at the door by Michel, the gracious manager, who took time to show us the hotel and then ushered us to the hotel’s private patio overlooking the Santa Maria Novella piazza and offered us drinks and refreshments while our luggage was swept away and our rooms opened. The hotel is architecturally stunning. Artistic, tasteful, blending in with the colors and style of the Santa Maria Novella itself. Each room is a treasure of refinement and delightful appointments. Someone has taken great pains to anticipate every one of the guests’ needs and wants and attended to all the details, big and small. The location is perfect: a short walk to any museum, historical destination, shopping, or restaurant but also a location itself looking onto the beautiful church and courtyard. All of this is superb, but the reason why we will be back again and again is because of the staff. Within minutes, they made us feel like family while attending to every need. An unforgettable stay that we look forward to returning to.

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

We stayed at this hotel while travelling as a couple with our teenager daughter. We enjoyed the hotel as it was well located and had parking facilities. We had rented a car to visit villages in Tuscany and we also enjoyed the old city of Florence. The hotel has a private parking as well as parking facilities on the road in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious (according to Europeean standards) and are very clean and well equipped. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast buffet which was not as per europeean standards. We ended ordering continental breakfasts by room service as the buffet was not attractive. The tram is a real plus for this hotel. For only €1.50 per person you are right in the city of Florence in less than 15 minutes. It’s easy to commute and right at the hotel doorstep. The staff have been helpful each time we needed info and they recommended some nice restaurant in the area. I wouyld recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Florence who wants to be assured to have peaceful nights, to have parking possibilities and last thing that comes to my mind is its easy access to the airport by the tram which is a few stops away. In some minutes you’re at the airport.

This hotel is a little ways a way from Florence which was what we were looking for. Its in the Novolli suburbs but is still close enough to visit Florence which is what we did. You can ride the Tram from the Train Station, when exiting the train station walk across the street and turn left from there you will see the tram and can buy your ticket at the kiosk 1.50 Euro a ticket and its good for 90 minutes. Take the T2 Line and get off at the San Donato Stop, its approx a 5 minute walk from there to the hotel. We checked in early and our room was ready, we booked a king deluxe so it was a nice spacious room on the corner with 2 windows, lovely. Room was nice and clean. Room had A/C that was nice and cold.Only a few complaints the tub/shower sucks, its a bathtub with a rainfall head and also a bath tub faucet with hand shower, its hard to keep water off the floor with the design and I kept stepping on the drain plug and bumping my leg on the bath fixture, just a poor design, however the water was nice and hot and had good pressure. They also desperately need a bathroom vent it was so steamy we had to shower with the bathroom door open so we didn’t suffocate. The bathroom itself is large which is nice but one of the most poorly lit bathroom, had to do my make up in the bedroom. Beds were also a bit hard and firm. Nice little affordable hotel away from the hustle and bustle, just needs a little bathroom update

5 star for the value for money and how lovely staff were! Three friends and I booked this hotel as it was good value for money and had everything we needed. It’s really not too far from Florence centre, approximately 10 minute journey for €1.50 each journey. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Room had everything we needed; very clean, spacious, had a balcony and good shower room. Despite it being close to the tram stop, we all had really good nights sleep and literally could not hear any noise.

First of all, I have rated this hotel as excellent because of the following reasons: A. The value for money. B. The free car park on site. The hotel itself is what you might expect from a two star hotel. Rooms have a private bathroom, A/C, TC and in our case a small balcony. Breakfast was included and okay. The train to/from the Airport and city center is at a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. And last but not least, staff was friendly and helpful. Of course, you can make remarks about the maintenace of the property and the rooms itself, but is was fine for the night (or a cou-ple of nights.

The guesthouse is extremely well furnished, the bedrooms are as good as advertised and the private bathroom was perfectly maintaned and cleaned. The guesthouse is located close to the main means of transportation such as buses and trams, therefore it is very easy and quick to reach the centre of Florence. The hosts are higly polite and ready to help you should you have any doubts or needs. I'd like to reccomend the place for its cleanliness, pretiness and price-quality ratio!

I've been in this hotel for few days the first week of December with my partner, and since the warm welcome we received at the reception, we understood that we made the right choice. The Hotel is lovely, newly refurbished and very clean. But the staff is what makes the difference. Everyone is very attentive, caring and smiling, and they go over and beyond to satisfy any request. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Claudia and Luisa (hope I get the names right) at the reception have been amazing. They always recognised us by name (yes they remembered our names), and greeted us with a smile even though we had few requests for the room. They simply accommodated our requests in an efficient and timely manner. We had breakfast every day and few times lunch or dinner as well during our stay. Food was great and the Chef (Stefano if I am not wrong) was often going around the table to make sure that guests are happy and satisfied. We also felt very safe thanks to the Health & Safety measure they have in place in the whole Hotel after Covid. Staff is wearing masks and they follow the government guidelines. We had the chance to meet the General Manager Marco, which helped us in various situation with suggestions and directions to make sure that we enjoy our trip in Florence. He is passionate about his job, and you can clearly feel it when he talks. Overall, me and my partner had an amazing experience. It was our first trip outside UK since Covid, and we are happy that we choose this hotel. We will definitely come back, and recommend to our friends.
