The room was beautiful, completely exceeding my expectations. It was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet, and I would definitely stay here again for my next business trip! The host was very polite. The room had a very stylish ambiance, and I loved the decor. It was very comfortable, a wonderful business trip.

We have had an excellent stay here. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and the owners were very helpful. An excellent location about a 15/20 minute walk to the station and centre of Florence. Excellent hospitality and we would definitely book here if we visit Florence again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little boutique B&B in Florence! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was beautiful — really quaint, full of Italian charm, and even had a lovely 4-poster bed that made it feel extra special. It was perfect for our 2 days exploring Florence. The location was amazing — super central, with everything within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a short city break!

Paulo was an excellent host and the spacious, nicely decorated room was clean, comfortable with many nice touches. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the shower was delightful. Safe, quite and in close proximity to the areas we were visiting.

The room we stayed in was a great space. Chocolate and welcome prosecco, yes please! The hosts were very gracious and helpful. They cleaned the room daily but there is the option of messaging them if that’s something not desired. It was close to the train station and walkable to a more touristy part of town.

This is an old apartment in a 19th century building away from the tourist area. Old elevator, cheap old worn out furniture. Towels washed in rags. The water in the shower is barely flowing. There is no sound insulation. You can’t go out onto the tiny balcony because the neighbors have laundry hanging out and it stinks of washing powder. But the room is clean and spacious.
