我們一家三口，給了一個loft,很好！可以進門後有一段台階要走，扛行李有點累，走上去後才有電梯到三樓辦入住。位置很好，就靠着奢侈品一條街，到佛羅倫薩各個景點都很近。

Great hotel. We stay in room #2 with jacuzzi, large bed, great bathroom. The receptionist was a very kind and helpful guy giving us a document with recommendations for the city (great recommendations for food, gelato and sightseeing). Room was very spacious and clean would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Florence.

Renovation going on in the middle of night!
Even though this place was in a good location and a decent room. They are renovating in the middle of the night from 12.am till 4am. Chain saw, hammering!!
There is no front desk and more of an Airbnb . Bathroom stunk really bad and I think it was because the wood sink got wet when washing hands. You have to carry your luggage up one floor then squeeze into small elevator. I complained to the gentleman who gave us a key but he said it wasn’t his property as I have pictures and videos. It literally was next door and all the windows are the same as ours. I think he was not forthcoming. How can you rent an Airbnb and not know what’s going on next door. He would not give me any sort of discount for my lack of sleep!! Will submit a claim for a refund. Do not stay here

I stayed here for one night and was glad I choose this hotel. Before I arrived the receptionist called me to make sure there would be someone to let me in. It was such a nice room and bathroom, spacious and nicely decorated. It's on the top floor, so you hardly hear the noise from the street. I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Excellent location, right in the heart of everything. The hotel car service did not respond so had to find alternate parking. Staff was very attentive with check in and helpful.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura qualche giorno fa. Ho prenotato la stanza singola (camera n.1) per pernottare una sola notte. Personale di accoglienza gentile e cordiale, comodo il check out alle ore 11 ma il prezzo pagato è stato eccessivo per una camera così scadente. Bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet, presenza di peli nella doccia e nel porta sapone. Il vero problema, però, è stato il letto con materasso scomodo che affondava e mancanza di lenzuolo. Il letto aveva solo coprimaterasso, piumino e copripiumino. Da rivedere

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, la habitación es enorme, luminosa y la decoración de muy buen gusto. Me facilitaron entrar antes a la habitación. Toallas impecables. Tiene una hermosa recepción. Hay que tener en cuenta, que para acceder al ascensor hay que subir un piso por escalera.
