We only had a short day and a half in Florence so wanted to stay close to Duomo. This guest house ticked the box! Third floor guest house with smallish room so not for everyone but was great for us. There is a very small lift that we used to get our heavy bags up and down to ground level. The included breakfast was in a wonderful little cafe a few doors down- croissant, juice, coffee and fruit salad with yoghurt - delicious. So close to duomo and in small complex I was worried about noise at night but was so quiet! No reception but Kevin was in regular email/Whats app contact to ensure we had everything we needed and called taxi for us on departure .

Property was close to the tourist areas and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast provided was plentiful.
The mattress was very hard and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed is the most important thing coming back from a day out in the city, guest house needs to replace their bedding as this is what has influenced out overall rating.

Great location. Close to everything, e.g. attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants, but on relatively quiet street. This is a guest house, not a hotel. There is no concierge service but keyless entry to building and room was easy. Room not as elegant looking as picture on Hotels.con. Room was plain but a good size by budget EU hotel standards with a big, firm comfortable bed an upgraded bathroom with a nice shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Room was very clean, as were linens and towels.

We loved the location. Nice and close to things in the city center, and easy to walk around. Getting from the train station was annoying with our roller bags, but it was absolutely doable. Would stay here again.

This hotel in an apartment is only two blocks from the Duomo but completely quiet inside. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. A well-stocked kitchen allowed us to heat up our takeout meals and eat comfortably around a big table. Abundant breakfast provided at a restaurant a half-block away, a supermarket across the street. Manager Kevin was supportive, flexible and attentive to all our communications. Excellent value for the money.

This guest house should be avoided. Room was basic, putrid smell from bathroom and not worthy of 4 stars. Poor value for money and breakfast was simple. Not worth the money and description and photos don’t really reflect the actual experience. Spend your money somewhere else.

El mejor alojamiento que podrán encontrar en Florencia, está muy céntrico y llegas con facilidad a cualquier lugar de Florencia caminando, está en un edifico muy bonito, la habitación está muy cómoda y a acogedora.
El personal es súper atento y amable, también el check-in fue súper rápido y sencillo.
Ofrecen un desayuno normal pero suficiente, y también el personal del restaurante que ofrece el desayuno son muy amables.
En mi siguiente regreso a Florencia espero quedarme nuevamente aquí.

La guest house si trova in posizione centralissima, tra piazza Duomo e Piazza Santissima Annunciata. A meno di 50 metri c'è un supermercato ben fornito e questo in pieno centro è un valore aggiunto. Camera e bagno curati, puliti e ben attrezzati. Il letto in particolare era comodissimo. Il frigo in camera era un po' rumoroso, ma con un paio di tappi per le orecchie il problema è stato risolto. Attenzione, il cambio degli asciugamani avviene ogni 3 giorni, quello delle lenzuola ogni 5, ma trattandosi di una guest house e non di un hotel ciò non mi ha meravigliato. Non esiste una vera e propria reception, check in e check out si sono svolti online, però in caso di necessità l'host era sempre reperibile e in ogni caso in giornata era sempre presente per alcune ore in struttura. La colazione all'italiana era servita in un bar a pochi passi dalla struttura e consisteva in una macedonia di frutta, yogurt sfuso, una brioche (fresca, non preconfezionata), caffè, cappuccino, un succo d'arancia... Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tornerò!
