Overall, it was good. The room was very clean when we first checked in, but the housekeeping during our stay wasn't as thorough. You get four cans of water upon arrival, but they don't restock it, which I thought they would daily. The location is excellent, super close to the Duomo, right next to the Accademia, and there's a tram right outside the hotel in Piazza San Marco that takes you to and from the airport. Something annoying they really should fix is that a phone/intercom rings late at night, and if there's no one at reception, I don't understand why they don't divert or disconnect it. There was one night we couldn't sleep because it just kept ringing.
