Hotel Miceli - Civico 50

It’s not a HOTEL but HOSTEL!!! There is no reception during the check in time 14:00, we arrived earlier around 13:45 and we have to wait almost an hour to get into room. There’s another guest having the same situation with us, we just wait at the gate and finally someone not from the “hotel” open the gate for us. We arrived 3rd floor of the hotel reception, the door kept close and no one answered. Finally we contacted via the WhatsApp number outside the door and told us our room number and password to get in. This is ridiculous as no hotel service and what we found is hostel but not a hotel. The room is simple and crude, not a hotel standard, and the WiFi is not working as we live in the last room (we requested no last room when booking, but they still arranged) Finally we moved out the night because the floor is shaking and we feel dizzy while staying, that’s horrible!!! We booked 3 nights and asked the hotel to refund for 2 nights as we moved out and not willing to stay with such low quality hostel. They refused and insisted they are in the standard!! My very big advice to you is don’t waste your money to stay in a hostel with low quality facilities and service!!!! Don’t live in as it’s not a hotel!!!! Don’t be cheated by the name MICRLI CIVICO 50 HOTEL!!! It’s hostel!!!!!!!!

- I booked the hotel and checked in quite suddenly, but the staff were very helpful. - The room size was spacious and appropriate. - The amenities were not complete; it would be better if there were a refrigerator or some basic kitchen equipment. - The elevator is quite small and can fit only one person with luggage at a time.

It's not far from the train station, and the location is good. The room was quite clean. There are no staff working here, so check-in is self-service. The signal reception is slow, the procedures are complicated, and it needs to be done online. Because a city fee was required for check-in, they sent me a link via email asking me to enter my personal information. I paid via PayPal using my credit card information. After the trip, I discovered that my credit card had been fraudulently used. This was the only time I used this credit card to pay by entering my information during the entire trip. While it's unclear how my information was leaked, or It may also be leaked through some free WiFi networks. I urge everyone to be careful when making payments. Use more secure payment methods.

Seems that we were switched from the room valley view we booked. Missed having a fridge, location was great.

Great location! Host was on connecting all time I felt me as solo traveller in safety. There are good bed and bed linen. Room was clean and pritty quiet.

We had a comfortable stay for 3-day even though there was a little street noise at night which is still manageable . Train station is in walkable distance and there is a tram station right in the corner of the hotel. Overall, great value!
