The accommodation is really pretty
The owner wasn't always there, but it was good and bad haha.
I changed the room because the heater didn't work, but it was a better room.
It was frustrating because the owner didn't seem to know how to operate the heater.
It was difficult to get there because the roads in Florence were not good and the accommodation felt a bit far from the station, but I was glad that the accommodation itself was pretty.
Cleanliness seems to be average.

Check in was remote, but easy. Room as clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only issue was traffic noise as it is by a busy road, but it was quiet during sleeping hours.

This property was nice and clean and has a beautiful common terrace to sit on. It is about 15 min on foot to the Academia and 5 more to the Duomo. About a block to the tram - 3 stops to the Santa Maria Novella train station (where we departed for Venicia). Lucia was wonderful and helped us with our tourist needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Pictures are a mirage. This place will get you through for a few days in Florence, but felt somewhat mislead by the pictures and reviews.

Check-in was quick, they are a 15 minute walk to downtown/the train station, and they have a nice terrace with a view of the church nextdoor.

There is a tram station nearby, so it's very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was also great. Best of all, there is a delicious jarato restaurant nearby.

Angelica was absolutely lovely and so helpful the entire stay we had with her.
Breakfast was tasty and filling, the room was clean, and the terrace was peaceful!
We love walking so we were happy to walk the 15 minutes to duomo. We would stay again forsure! Thank you so much
