I was very pleased with my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even let us check in early. A nice bonus was the free ice available on the ground floor. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions.

Excellent room views, very friendly staff (thanks Eleonora :)), good air conditioner and WiFi. However, it’s 20-min walk to most of attractions, given that the uber is quite expensive, the bus is not always punctual and the hot temperature outside, it makes the location of the hotel sth to be considered.

The location was nice, not too crowded, and there are a few bakeries near the hotel. It’s not very close to a supermarket, but there’s a small minimarket in the lobby. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. If you prefer to stay closer to the busy Florence center, I’d recommend choosing another B&B. But if you like a calmer area, this place is a good option.

Service is average(not very welcoming) the bath room hygiene is awful, toilet stinks, there’s a fly on the wall, very dirty and even I told the reception staff, they did not clean the toilet. But the location is very nice, very near to city center and everything.
