A great place to stay when you are in Venice. Location is great, staff were helpful and rooms were clean and nice!

I was enveloped in incredible hospitality and genuine care. The room was beautiful and incredibly spacious. It's just a 4-minute walk to Santa Maria del Fiore, passing through charming courtyards that offer breathtaking views. The Accademia Gallery is also conveniently close by. I highly recommend this cozy spot.

The hotel has a lot of character.

The suite is spacious and clean! It’s about 15 mins walk from the station (Firenze SMN) and very close to the main attraction. Lady in the reception is SUPER nice and helpful. She answered WhatsApp promptly even if it’s late. She also recommended some good restaurants nearby (Restaurant La Ménagère is great, atmosphere is chill). We enjoyed the stay, thank you Residence Hilda!

Everything was pretty good.

The room was very comfortable.

We stayed in Room 10 on the first floor. Aside from the B&B's limited front desk hours, requiring you to check in online after hours, everything else was very convenient and satisfying. The location is incredibly convenient, with a breakfast shop across the street that opens early, making it easy to eat. Carrefour is also nearby, so you can grab some food and cook every night. The tableware and utensils were all clean and complete, and the housekeeping was prompt. Highly recommended!

It is very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the environment is comfortable beyond expectations. We stayed in winter, the room was very warm and quiet, the overall feeling was very good, it is worth recommending.

There's no Wi-Fi now.

This is a terrible place to stay and arrogant management. If you arrive on a non-working day or after 1pm, congratulations, there may be nowhere to go. When we arrived at one o'clock in the afternoon, we had to wait for nearly an hour in the heavy rain before we could enter the hotel gate and put down our luggage. As for the room, it was not as nice as in the photos, there was almost no view outside the window, just a depressing white wall. The shower gel in the bathroom was not replaced in time, which made it impossible for us to take a shower. What's worse is that it was very noisy at night and I couldn't fall asleep at all. In addition, the hotel's old air-conditioning was so noisy that it was almost unbearable. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Florence. You can definitely find better accommodation at this price. This hotel is a terrible place to stay, with arrogant management. The arrogance is also evident in the fact that if you arrive after 1 PM or on a non-business day, finding no place to go. We arrived at 1 PM and had to wait in the pouring rain for almost an hour before being able to enter the hotel and drop off our luggage. As for the room, it was nothing like the pictures. The view was almost non-existent, just a depressing white wall. The shower gel in the bathroom wasn’t replaced in time, leaving us unable to shower. To make things worse, the area around the hotel is extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep, and the outdated air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, almost unbearable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Florence. At this price point, there are far better places to stay.

A very satisfactory booking experience, large space, new decoration, complete kitchenware, very warm, I will choose to stay here again next time

The sanitation is very good, the location is very convenient, the heating is sufficient in winter, and the service staff are very friendly. If I return to Florence, I will definitely consider it again.

Highly recommended, but there is no parking lot. However, it is just next door and charges are applicable. It is more reliable and the room is very big. Suitable for multiple people. There is no front desk at night and noon, but communication in English is OK
