The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. It's incredibly convenient if you're traveling by train, and you can easily walk to all the major attractions. Right next door, there's a very famous Florentine steakhouse that's packed every evening. Plus, there's a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is handy for picking up water and other essentials. The breakfast is incredibly varied and a huge highlight of this hotel. There's a wide selection, and you can certainly eat your fill. The restaurant's design and ambiance are also lovely, similar to a sunroom, creating a very elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were quick to resolve an issue. Initially, my room's bathroom had an unpleasant odor. After I reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved me to another room on the spot. This new room was even larger, and the bathroom was more spacious. Their toiletries are from a local skincare brand, and the soap and body lotion, in particular, are very moisturizing. On the downside, the bathtub drainage was a bit slow.

Right across from the train station, which is super convenient. There are also plenty of places to grab breakfast nearby, and it's close to all the attractions. The service was really warm and friendly too.

The hotel is very close to the train station; if you take the right exit, it's just across the street. There are many restaurants nearby, including a bubble tea shop run by Chinese owners. The bathroom is very spacious and warm. My one-night stay was quiet and comfortable, and I didn't experience any of the dangerous incidents mentioned in previous reviews, like doors being opened.

The breakfast being included makes it really worth it, especially considering the prices outside. One breakfast alone would cost around 1,200 RMB. The hotel is located along the railway tracks, and there are gatherings across the street at night, so if you're arriving late, you might want to reconsider. The rooms are a bit small, but overall it's still a good stay. Just make sure to confirm the number of guests when booking.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to the Duomo in just 10 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast selection was also great.

I was on a business trip with a colleague, and when I booked the room, I specifically requested two single beds. However, we ended up with a double bed. When I went to the front desk to ask why we were given a double bed and requested to change to a twin room, they actually told me that the agent's request was for a double bed and it couldn't be changed. I insisted that I had clearly specified my request. The male receptionist then said we could only switch the next day because the service staff had all left for the day. His attitude was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. I insisted on changing, and eventually, they must have contacted the agent and realized their mistake, because they immediately reconfigured the room into two single beds.

Excellent location and the room was spacious and very clean! Arrived at 1 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk kindly stored our luggage for us. Very friendly service! Highly recommended!
