The hotel and its staff truly create a distinct atmosphere of sophistication. The staff were charming and incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and elegant. It's also within easy walking distance to the Duomo. Overall, this was the most delightful hotel I've stayed in across all of Europe.

Located 5 minutes walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station It was very convenient to bring my luggage from the station, and it was nice to be able to walk to major tourist attractions in Florence, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore Breakfast was good, although not very varied

The location, facilities and services all meet the standards of a boutique hotel. This annex building is not worthy of its name. It is in the residential building next to it, noisy and smelly. I really like Florence, but I have been unhappy because of the renovation of the annex building. Avoid the annex building.
