Hotel Indigo FLORENCE by IHG

The room was great, with a small balcony, and we even got an upgrade! The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Everyone should check it out, it's really good value for money.

The room wasn't ready yet, so they took us to the lounge to wait. We were able to check in at 1:30 PM, which was well before the usual 3 PM check-in time. The room itself was pretty good, just a tad small. The environment was lovely, and the food was delicious. The location is super convenient – just a short walk to the train station. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel has a great overall design and is quite close to the train station. The hotel's restaurant and breakfast are both excellent, and there's a fantastic boneless steakhouse right next door. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

Very convenient location and nice rooms, although the soundproofing could be better.

1. Location: A few minutes' walk from the train station, but a bit far from the main attractions. 2. Room: Small in size, but well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with a small balcony. 3. Breakfast: Offers both à la carte and buffet options, and the food tastes great!

Facilities: Standard business setup, has everything you need, including disposable slippers. Cleanliness: The bedding was clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the train station and the city center, both within walking distance. If you're coming from the airport by tram, you can get off at the ROSSELLI stop, which is directly behind the hotel. You don't even need to cross any traffic lights; just follow the map to the hotel. If you get off at the train station, you'll have to drag your luggage over cobblestones, which is quite a workout for your arms. Service: The staff were all very friendly, and attractive too!

The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Florence from the balcony. The only downside was that the radiator in the bathroom wasn't working, making it useless. The location is great, very convenient for getting around. Overall, it's a very good hotel!

This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's less than a five-minute walk from the train station, and we had no trouble at all with our luggage along the way. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all incredibly nice and provided great service. I was initially drawn to their outdoor dining area, but since it was winter and quite cold, we opted to dine inside the restaurant in the evening. I accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff handled it wonderfully, which left a very positive impression on me. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new, and the bedding was comfortable. The room diffuser also had a very pleasant scent. Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Piazzale Michelangelo at the top of the hill. It's definitely worth visiting for the panoramic views of Florence. Overall, it's a superb hotel with a great location, and the breakfast was also quite good—I particularly enjoyed the fresh kiwi. The transportation is convenient, making it very friendly for train travelers. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room, while small, was very new, and the location is super close to the train station. The bathroom was also clean. The view from the window was beautiful. The downside is that you can hear the train at night. The elevator is small.
