A bit far from city centre but the hotel is new and more spacious room than others

The location is good, about 20 minutes walk from the train station, the facilities are pretty good, and it takes about 30 minutes walk to the main attractions.

The hotel is in a bad location, the surroundings are dirty and messy, and I heard loud noises outside the window in the middle of the night for two nights.

Perhaps because of the New Year's Eve, I stayed at the hotel at a price that was much higher than the basic price on weekdays. The room is very small and the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation. The location is still excellent, about 1 km to the train station. To sum up, for me the price/performance ratio is very low.

There is a parking lot and the terrace is large, suitable for watching the rise and fall. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the bathroom is particularly large. If you want to watch the ups and downs, you can choose. If you don't think it is necessary to stay for one night for traveling, the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. I think four people can stay there.

In a city like Florence, it is great to find a hotel like this with large rooms and not outdated facilities!
