We selected property close to the piazza.
It’s very old property but excellently remodeled . Located very close to piazza.
Morning breakfast was great with lots of quality choices for everyone.
The only issue was - the bathroom smelled throughout our stay and as such we had to leave bathroom window slightly open.

Spacious for Italy, staff were all very helpful and courteous. Checked in after hours and was aware that it might be difficult to find, but once we got to the correct door, all was easy to navigate.

Receptionist very nice and instructive. Very sweet guy! Nice view, breakfast really good! 2 blocks away from duomo. 1 block away from parking garage, everything was great!

I liked the location. Andrea at front desk was nice and friendly when we checked in. First issue: The bathroom was dirty when we got the room (With traces of poop) that was terrible. Then my eye glasses disappeared. I am sure I left them in the room. We left, the room got cleaned and I never found my glasses when we came back.

We really enjoyed our day, the staff we so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We found the history of the building really interesting.

Was the perfect place to stay. Worked wonderfully for three people. The outdoor space was AMAZING. The outdoor space made me wish that I had stayed here longer. The staff was incredibly kind. Would absolutely recommend.

It was very hard to find the entrance to the property. I ended up calling their office and thankfully the front desk was very nice and helped us find the entrance. When we were leaving there was a group of people also trying to find the hotel and I had to show them where to go to check in. The hotel did the best they could with several signs but I think in that moment you are so overwhelmed you can’t think. The facility is great and has amazing history. Was a lovely place to stay otherwise

Outstanding location, just around the corner from Duomo. Almost impossible to find, as this place has no sign outside and no receptionist after 7:30pm. We arrived 8:30pm and was real hassle!! they left key in front desk - worst looking lobby too! Parking was also far but valet can bring to hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff once they showed up in the morning.
