The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the center of town and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There were several good places to eat within a few minutes walk. The hotel is attractive and well-maintained. The photo is very deceiving, our room was very small compared to the room n the photo. That said, I was in town on business and my wife was traveling with me. Breakfast was mostly sweets and pastries which I must avoid due to sugar issues. The staff did make a ham and cheese omelet for me which I enjoyed. We assumed my wife could enjoy the spa while I was working, but the spa is only open during the evenings while we were sight-seeing and having dinner. I assume that is because most guests are working or sight-seeing during the daytime hours. There was no coffee or hot water in our room, and the coffee machine in the lobby was roped off behind the bar. I stayed four nights and never once saw anyone working behind the bar. It was a nice stay overall, but it would have been nice to have access to a hot water kettle. I can't give it more than four stars.

Beautiful hotel, all very tastefully decorated , feels 5star luxury , the staff are very friendly and helpful , the rooms are just lovely , all recently redecorated , feels brand new, all very shiny and bright , the beds are really comfy and the linens are are luxurious. The breakfast options are amazing , fabulous choice of cold buffet and hot cooked to order , one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I would highly recommend a visit. There is spa too but unfortunately unable to use due to lack of time which was such a shame ... next time !!

Absolutely stunning hotel. No idea why this isn't 5 star, maybe purely because it doesn't have a pool. Staff were top drawer. Room was stunning. Hotel was spotless, location was perfect, spa was great. Breakfast was awesome, with the fantastic Francois sharing his local knowledge. His attention to everything at breakfast, made the start of the day superb, can't say thank you enough. Reception was great, check in simple. To all the staff who couldn't do enough for you....take a bow.!

Great hotel in a good location with everything within walking distance or a tram stop outside if you choose. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere : front desk, restaurant, spa & cleaning. All areas are very clean & to a high standard and the breakfast is varied & plentiful. I would highly recommend if you’re planning a break to lovely Firenze.

Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, good breakfast ,nice and helpful staff Big plus for room soundproofing; I had a room on the side of a very busy street, heavy traffic full of buses, trams ,minibuses + the regular daily traffic ;even at rush hours in the morning and in the evening you could barely hear a very light sound from the outside world

We stayed at The Moon Boutique Hotel and Spa just this week and it was excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout from the front foyer, to the bedrooms and the breakfast room. Really beautiful. All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered an excellent choice of food, great quality and plenty of it. One of the best breakfasts we ever had in Italy. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. Use of the spa was a bonus and really relaxing after a hard day walking around the city. Although we didn’t need a car park I can imagine people who drove were very pleased as parking in Florence is a nightmare!! My husband and I were very impressed and delighted with the hotel and we hope to visit again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The smell is devine , The overall look of the hotel shiny tiles mirrors glass elevator beautiful! From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave the staff and amenities are outstanding, plenty of choice for breakfast, rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, pillows like home the spa WOW you must try it after hours of walking best way to end the day ! Thank you moon staff for the best experience and making our trip very memorable We will be recommending to everyone and we will also be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have just returned from a week staying at this wonderful hotel. The breakfast service and selection each day were amazing. Each morning you are welcomed by a huge selection of patisseries , which varied each day. Cereal, coffees, cold meats and cheeses and a choice of 6 cooked selections too. The breakfast waiter was so helpful, sharing advice on the towns we visited each day , he is a huge asset to the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the centre but it is also just a short walk to the train station too. We were lucky enough to book the room with its own jacuzzi and sauna, and, after a long day walking in hot weather it was the icing on the cake. There is also a shared jacuzzi, spa sauna and emotion shower in the basement which you can book for an hour and a half each day which was also lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean, it is also lovely there are only 23 rooms. Giving the hotel a calm feel. Communication both before and during our stay was really good. Also book direct for the best price. The hotel is an easy drive from the airport. We will stay here on our next visit to Florence. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Good place close to train station which is about 15 mins walk. The SPA is good, but working hour is too short (4pm-8:30pm). Overall it is a good place to stay in Florence
