Super great! The Hotel Duomo Firenze is conveniently located and clean. The breakfast is super rich, and there's a super cute little dog that will accompany you throughout your breakfast. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic, and there's free ice cream, which is also super delicious 😋

The hotel is located right in front of the Duomo! The room was clean and well-kept. The staff is amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Chef Atta, who spoiled us every day with delicious coffee and cakes. Wonderful experience!

Super central location, right next to the Duomo and central square. I had a beautiful, well designed suite that was wonderfully quiet in bustling Firenze. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and it was nice to have access to light snacks and gelato at any time. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any of my concerns during my stay. Great boutique hotel - I would choose it again!

The room isn't big, but it's very clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. The lobby always has free coffee, desserts, and ice cream. Security is very good; you just leave your room card at the front desk when you go out. The breakfast selection isn't extensive.

Excellent hotel in the heart of everything. 10 minutes from Uffizi 10 minutes from Academia 10 minutes walk to the main Santa Maria train station! I had a balcony a enjoyed my cigars daily. You can also smoke your cigars or cigarettes outside the main lobby as well. Free coffee and water all day long , 24 hours, fro the lobby cafeteria so it can really save on your coffee bills! I must have had about 20 cups in my 4 nights!

The shower drained so slowly that water overflowed from the shower pan and completely flooded the bathroom and a part of the bedroom. When I contacted the front desk, I was told housekeeping was gone until the following day. I said someone needed to mop up the water and bring me new towels as all towels were used to absorb the water, but there was still a lot of water that needed to be absorbed. It took longer than I expected to get the water cleaned and new towels. The room was very small, Will only accommodate luggage for one person. The room was also very dark. Only one small window that did not let in much natural light. No window in the bathroom.

First of all, the location was perfect, so I could stop by the hotel every now and then to rest when I was tired and hot from jet lag. Being an older building, there were limitations, but the staff were on hand 24 hours a day, and they offered free access to gelato, water, coffee, and other beverages. It felt like a real Italian experience, unlike any hotel I've stayed at before. I highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers. Thank you all for everything.

Environment: Located next to the church, with great window views; attractions are just downstairs; very close to the train station, a 15-minute walk. Cleanliness: Clean Service: Excellent service; the staff are very helpful and proactive. There are cookies and snacks available upstairs on the balcony. Free postcards are available at the front desk. Facilities: The rooms are a bit small, and the complimentary water is slightly limited, but everything else is great.

I am very impressed after staying at the hotel! Pros: excellent staff - competent, knowledgeable employees with a sense of humor. Location - in the heart of Florence. View - lived in a room for one guest, with a view of the Duomo and a balcony. It's just a fantastic view, I just wanted to look and not leave the balcony. Cleaning every day, everything you need is nearby, the main museums are a 10-minute walk away. Keep in mind that the location implies some peculiarities - until 23:00 there are concerts and crowds in the square near the Duomo, and from 07:00 the bells can wake you up. I didn't care, so I am immensely pleased, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Thank you!
