Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view, the staff were very helpful, the rooms was very clean. By bus it’s only a 20 minute journey so very happy with the stay. :)

The room was nice, but I lost my 50,000-yuan Van Cleef & Arpels ring. I couldn't find it anywhere. I didn't leave the hotel. I was very depressed and cried for a long time. It was a gift from my father for more than ten years.

The minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a great experience. We were greeted at our taxi as we arrived, by the time we knew it our luggage was on its way to our room. The receptionist actually took the time to walk us to our room and show us around. She gave us great information on getting back and forth to Florence. This has been one of the best experiences at any hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. One day we got back late from site seeing and even though the kitchen was closed they managed to get us room service.

This small boutique hotel has about 12 rooms and the managers and servers are top notch. The manager were very helpful with planning our daily activities, providing tips on logistics of getting around the city, provided wonderful food and drinks for meals, provided very clean spacious panoramic view rooms with daily housekeeping, and many flowers and lush plants all around. The hotel is about 4 miles from the downtown area of Florence and requires a car or taxi to access. The taxi costs about €20 from downtown to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again !

First, their website does not do them justice! I need someone to update their website and show the true beauty of this resort. First, we were greated by the Front Desk Agent at the parking garage and she took us around the resort. She showed us the restaurant, the pool and took us to our room. Which they complimentary upgraded us to. We were upgraded from a One bedroom to a Two bedroom Suite with a perfect view of Florence. The food was yummu and the room service was quick. The only issue, which ended being a funny family story now, was getting to the resort. For some reason Google will take you up a road which leads you to a house but Google keeps saying keep going when you can't. There is small sign that says Eden Rock Resort which is super easy to miss. Which we did. However, we found it. I would stay here again. This is a seasonal resort and closes on the last day of October and opens back up in the Spring.

Where to start…. This hotel has everything. The staff are wonderful and so helpful, (thank you to Daniel & Dave especially). The location gives the guests a spectacular view of Florence and beyond and is on a bus route that takes you down into the city in around 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a small kitchen with fridge which means you can cater for yourselves if you wish although the restaurant food is delicious so there really is no need. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on. We will definitely visit again We hope to visit again

Amazing resort. Small and intimate. Very friendly staff. Views are wonderful. Would go there anytime again. Helpful staff, very clean - nice bar and food. We went with two kids aged 5 & 8 - very child friendly also. 15 minutes by taxi from Firenze Centrale - so also accessible by train

Words cannot express how simply fantastic our stay was. Myself and my friend got 5 star service from all the team. Special mention goes to Daniele, Adrianna and Josie for the warm welcome. No request was too much and it was so helpful to be able to buy bus tickets from the desk to take us into town. The rooms were immaculate, beds so comfortable with all the best facilities and it was more like a suite with the kitchenette, coffee machine and air con! Breakfast was perfect with a great continental selection. I will definitely return! Thanks to everyone for all your hard work! You made the trip very special x
