Excellent location. Friendly Staff. Bathrooms are average, and services are just okay. Rooms are quite smaller. Not too many options for breakfast. 3.5/10

The location is in the heart of Florence, so it’s near everything, but it is also noisy at night. The shower is very poorly designed, and my 18-year-old daughter fell when showering. The position of the showerhead made it so you needed to stand on the uneven part of the bath in order to avoid spraying all the water on the floor, so she fell. In order to get onto Wi-Fi, it asked for a lot of personal information, including making you sign up for marketing emails and birthdate. When my daughter put in all of the information, the Wi-Fi still was too weak to function.

Lovely hotel! The view from the terrace was amazing! Not too far from the David or the Florence Cathedral. It’s also next to the Trattoria Zaza, which had amazinggg pasta.

The room was nice! The breakfast was rich and the location was good, 8 minutes walk from the Church of the Virgin Mary and 10 minutes walk from the train station. But there was no kettle.

This hotel is located in the ancient city of Florence. The hotel is simple and elegant.

Modest hotel located not very far from the center but in a small street that is not very busy. Large breakfast, small terrace open 24/24 hours. The only "flaw" is that they don't make you feel very comfortable, depending on your social class.

Fresh fruit is served daily for breakfast, there is an elevator, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed linen is changed every day! The towels are also very clean.

We stayed for 5 nights a Hotel Botticelli. Our room was small but comfortable. The queen bed and pillows were super comfy. The staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they even have evening turn down service. The free breakfast was good and had a wide variety of items. The area is pretty quiet in the evening. One of the most popular restaurants Tratorria Za Za is right out the front door along with Tattoria Pepe. Both were excellent.

Very good location, walkable to everything. Nice Breakfast, very nice friendly front desk staff. My main complaint was the room was quite small and the furniture quite dated. It needs to be refreshed. Still a nice quaint boutique hotel but I probably would choose another next time.
