An absolutely fantastic hotel with a lot of character! It's just a 100-meter walk to the Duomo, and you can even see it from your window. All the major attractions are within a 10 to 20-minute walk. If you get tired from shopping, you can easily pop back to the room to rest or use the restroom, which is much more convenient than finding one outside, and then head back out to explore. The bathroom is large and clean, and it even has a big Jacuzzi tub. The bed is super big and comfortable. Even though it's on a main road, the double-glazed windows block out all the noise, so it's perfectly quiet. Breakfast is also very good, and the coffee is excellent. All the staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I especially loved their staircase; the lighting and shadows give it a really stylish feel.

EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The location is near to the famous tourist spots in the town. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade to a suite. It was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel to stay at and the hotel team from reception to porter to restaurant are outstanding. Breakfast was one of the better ones we can find in Europe and this centrally-located hotel will be our choice when we return to Florence

The family room I booked was quite spacious for a suite in Europe. Crucially, the location was excellent – ​​only a 5-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore) – making it very convenient to get around. The hotel's welcome chocolates were a thoughtful touch, and the mini-bar was completely free – I replenished it every day upon returning.

The hotel is easy to find, about 15 minutes walk from the station. The hotel lobby and corridors don't look very good, but the room is still very good, big and clean. It's just that it's next to the cathedral and the bell rings at 7 o'clock. However, this bell can definitely be heard in all hotels nearby. It's a bit noisy in the city center, but it's good overall and worth staying.

Very satisfactory hotel, the room is large, the double bed is very comfortable, two children each have a bed. The jacuzzi and shower are large. The minibar is free of charge for pure water, sparkling water, sparkling wine, red wine, biscuits and chocolate. The location is right next to the Duomo, and all the attractions are within walking distance. The service is warm, the English is very good, and the breakfast is very rich. Recommended.

The room is nice. The location is good and convenient. The food is recommended and the experience is full. I have to say that in Italy, you have to come to Rome to experience the civilization here.

This is the most generous 4-star hotel I have ever seen. The minibar is free, the breakfast is superb, and the richness of fruit desserts is basically invincible. I ate happily every day. The location is very good, just near the cathedral, and most attractions such as the Old Bridge, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, Republic Square, Luxury Street, etc. can be reached by foot. The room is also very good, and the newly renovated one is more comfortable than the old house. I will stay here next time!

Very good experience. The hotel is a one-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel facilities are also very new. After checking in on the first day, I received an email asking me to give feedback on the first night's stay and whether the mattress was soft enough. I said it could be shorter, and they added a layer of cushion for me that night. Very thoughtful. When I checked in, the front desk also took out a map to tell me what attractions were nearby. The room is indeed not big, but it is very well organized.
