Hotel Caravaggio

Mediocre hotel, the only one probably in Italy that serves a heartless filter coffee at breakfast. It ha s very noisy rooms, if you want to hear the whispered conversations of your neighbours, this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable though the matress is sheeted with a plastic wrap for diminished sleep comfort. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is close to the centre and conveniently close to the tram station.

This hotel is conveniently located near Santa Maria Novella station. The rooms are tidy and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast could be a bit better, but overall, it's a good place to stay.

Great hotel with an excellent location for exploring Florence. Housekeeping kept my room and the rest of the hotel sparkling clean. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and kind. While the room had convenient modern amenities, it also had old world charm.

The room was cleaned and very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am glad we stayed there.

Staff were professional and cordial, easy check in and check out. Great housekeeping, comfortable room. Walkable to all the main sites, train and bus stations.
