Very beautiful, I could see the sunset from my room. The shower was a bit small, but everything else was good.

Excellent Airbnb! Great location, walkable to many attractions. You can see the famous duomo right from your window. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, toilet was clean and warm. Great service from the host who also helped to book taxi because the ride hailing app isn't available in this historic area. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, cookies, tarts, fruits and drinks.

The location is excellent. It's in the heart of the city, very close to the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery, and only 1 km from the train station. Access to the guesthouse requires ringing a doorbell, then heading up to the top floor. After check-in, you're given a key which includes the main door's access code. The room facilities are decent. The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the Duomo, and breakfast can also be enjoyed there. Regarding service, it's worth noting that you're not allowed to eat your own food within the guesthouse. This means that while you can enjoy the rooftop views, you can't bring up your own snacks or meals. The breakfast itself was quite mediocre.

Locating this property, one must first ring the doorbell and then push open a thick, heavy wooden door – it felt just like stepping into an ancient castle! This place is indeed a conversion from a historic building. It's important to note this isn't a standard hotel, but a B&B. After booking online, I received an email informing me that check-in is only available at the front desk between 3 PM and 8 PM, and there's a €25 fee for arrivals after 8 PM. Upon check-in, the staff were quite strict, outlining various rules, including a prohibition on bringing drinks, fruits, or any other food into the rooms. Despite being housed in an old building, the rooms are remarkably modern in their decor and facilities, and are very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily. A highlight is the top-floor terrace, which boasts fantastic views, including a clear sight of the Florence Duomo's iconic dome and Campanile.

The hotel is in a very nice and convenient location, it’s a few minutes away from main attractions and the tram, all accessible on foot. The rooftop has gorgeous 360° views of Florence. The hotel itself is very well taken care of. The staff is friendly, breakfast is pleasant. I wish reception was able to provide information on visits to towns in the vicinity, but Google was good help. Altogether, if you’re looking for a pleasant stay, gorgeous views and no fuss, this is the a great option.

It truly had a European castle feel, with impressively high ceilings. The breakfast was quite generous, and there was also a terrace to enjoy. Having breakfast while gazing at the cathedral was truly a special experience.

Great location with walking distance to Santa Maria Cathedral. Can see the cathedral from the terrace. The room is very big, with private kitchen and bathroom. Really nice and welcoming staff as well. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful view

First of all, the room I was assigned was completely different from the picture shown on my booking page. The hotel claimed it was one of the same room types, but I didn't accept that. It was a serious case of misrepresentation. In fact, the room was in poor condition; the sheets and blankets were covered in hair. The soundproofing was also terrible; I could clearly hear people walking around upstairs. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

The view of the Duomo Cathedral is amazing!!! It's the best!!!

Many people choose this place because of its location and breakfast view, but I think there are better options... The check-in counter has limited operating hours, so it's difficult to deal with unexpected accidents. And I got bitten by bedbugs as soon as I got here ㅠㅜ... The view is best from the breakfast area, but not from the room. As soon as I opened the window, I made eye contact with the person in the room across from me. The building structure is unique and has its own atmosphere. I couldn't get used to it at first, but it was charming when I left.

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, beautifully furnished, spotless, and the surrounding area was very safe and quiet at night. Hot water came out very quickly. It was arguably the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Italy. (They even provided a kettle!) The only downside was that it was a bit chilly at night when I went in early October, the blankets were a little thin, and the air conditioning didn't have a heating function (but the cooling was excellent). Highly recommended! Florence felt much cleaner and more fun than Rome! Also, it seems that hotels in Italy don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, combs, etc., only basic toiletries and towels. We ended up spending about ten euros to buy two pairs of flip-flops.
