A pleasant country house hotel on the outskirts of the City. A bit dated but clean with good views from our room. The garden looked unloved, the pool not available (though not mentioned prior to booking). No garden chairs in a sun area and all needed cleaning. Our biggest problem was that we had no water in the hotel from 9pm until we left at 8am. No shower, loo or sink. We understand that this was a supplier fault to this one premises, but that is a problem between the Hotel and the water Company. We had to continually ask for information and on check out I politely suggested a goodwill reduction in our room rate for that night. We were told absolutely no from the miserable gentleman on check out duty. We took up the problem with our booking agent who were also refused but the agent did find a compromise not involving the hotel. I subsequently requested an apology or response from the hotel but not had the courtesy of a reply. We lived unhygienically overnight and it deserved at least a discount on that night we thought. You decide whether you want to stay there.

La struttura non è male, anche se un po’ più di cura in generale non guasterebbe! Dicono di essere un 4 stelle, ma in realtà non arrivano neanche a 2! Le camere sono imbarazzanti, con mobili forse risalenti agli anni 70! Il televisore più piccolo dello schermo di un computer, ci vuole il binocolo per vedere qualcosa! Il Wi-Fi praticamente inesistente. Aria condizionata neanche a parlarne! Colazione forse passabile. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione strategica, vicinissima a piazzale Michelangelo. I prezzi per quello che offrono sono esorbitanti! Sconsigliatissimo!

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel à été agréable pour sa localisation (30 mn a pied du ponte vecchio, entouré de belles villas, vue sur la ville)et la piscine qui nous a permis de nous rafraîchir. Cet etablissement est dans son jus, intérieur propre, extérieurs non entretenu (dommage). La direction de l'hôtel qui n'est pas jeune n'a aucun sens commercial. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel lorsqu'il sera repris par une nouvelle équipe dynamique si cela se produit. Les petit-déjeuner sont sans plus (pas d'oeuf)

Consigliatissimo. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare la città di Firenze in quanto è a soli 2 km da Ponte vecchio, raggiungibile sia a piedi che in autobus (la fermata è a pochi metri dall’hotel). La location è tranquilla, immersa nel verde e offre un affaccio stupendo sulla città (dal balconcino delle camere è visibile la cupola del Duomo). È dotato di parcheggio interno comodissimo. Colazione internazionale abbondante e gustosa. Personale gentile, camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort.

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer, ganz nette Besitzer der viele Tipps für Florenz gibt. Für mich war Parkplatz sehr wichtig, daher wurde das Hotel ausgewählt und dass war eine gute Entscheidung! Sowohl zum Autobahn als auch zu Bushaltestelle ist ganz nah. Ich werde wieder gerne zurück kommen

Hotel a pochi passi da Firenze, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e con una bella vista. Nonostante sia un po' datato, è super confortevole, le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite, il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile anche per informazioni di tipo turistico! Parcheggio gratuito. Assolutamente consigliato!
