Spent 3 nights in executive appartment booked with ***********. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all main spots in Florence. The communication and the info for self check-in was OK. The executive appartement is huge, very clean. The breakfast was plentyfull but only sweet. The only negative are the windows. The building is old, the windows very thin. Therefore the nights were extremely noisy, difficult to sleep. For this appartement the ear plugs is a must. Sadly the late check out is not possible at this facility.

Il Bargello is situated in an unbeatable location, close to everything in Florence. The service is very welcoming, and the rooms are in line with the price. The highlight is the abundant and varied breakfast, as well as the 24-hour coffee. The only downside is that we had a lot of luggage and there's no elevator, so we had to climb three long flights of stairs with all our belongings, but this seems to be a common issue in Italy. Interesting fact: in the room next door, there was a couple being very noisy while *********** all day, and it could be heard throughout the entire hotel, which was quite annoying.

Cute B&B. Great location. Great restaurants. A few steps from all the main attractions. The ladies were friendly and helpful. The terrace and our room balcony were the best part.

Walked from train station to Bargello B & B. They are on the top floor, no elevator. Many steps, no one to help you with luggage. After climbing with luggage we were greeted by Susan, very nice and helped us with a taxi for the next morning to airport. Clean rooms, nice shower and towels. Breakfast was all pre packaged pastries, dry cereal. Make your own coffee and toast. No fruit, no eggs. The rooftop patio was the highlight of the place. No laundry service, but close by a wash and dry place with a nice restaurant next door, good food and wines.

Perfect location, close to the Uffizi and many restaurants. II Bargello was very clean and comfortable. Susanne went out of her way to be helpful with taxis and restaurant reservations.

First of all , Suzanne, thank you so much for being possibly, the loveliest host we've ever encountered our travels. This place is amazing, a real home from home. Rooms are clean with great shower, breakfast area and lounge area welcoming. So nice to have a cup of tea when you like. Great choice of coffee too and use of the fridge if you want to store your own food. Breakfast on the terrace was the icing on the cake. Loved this place.

Absolutely AMAZING stay, our favourite on our 3 week stay! We were greeted by Suzanne at the front desk who spoke great English which was super helpful, she offered us a map with tons of information in where to eat, what to see, and so much more. Breakfast was ready for us every morning, Suzanne went above and beyond to make us feel like we were on vacation but also, like we were at home. Comfy beds, beautiful Terrance with a table where you could enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset (highly recommend doing this with a pizza take away if you stay here) and quiet place where you didn’t hear people in the rooms next to you. Located on a little side street, near plenty of great restaurants and the Duomo. Would highly recommend booking your stay with Suzanne, at her B&B.
