The hotel is a short walk from the train station, the duomo, the market and many places to eat and drink.
Check in and check out was smooth, even though we arrived after reception hours.
No frills, but it was a comfortable stay for two nights for us.

We spent two nights and the place lived up to our expectations: good price, great location, clean and good room, very good service and staff (we arrived after check-in which could be solved with whatsapp communication).

Booked on March 17th a double, two nights. We contact 15 days before arrival and the room was occupied. Without notice. Without a message. Without a call. My boyfriend and I were going to Florence on May 21st for a course and we didn't know where to sleep. Unacceptable behavior on the part of those involved in the organization. Not serious. For nothing!! Never. Never. Never. Never again! Ps: always have a confirmation email sent before you have to sleep in the station! Greetings and kisses

Convenient structure to see Florence on foot located in the San Lorenzo district, but nothing more! .. Very narrow rooms and tiny and moldy bathroom in the room ... cleanliness nothing special! Impossible to sleep due to the traffic you hear and all the internal and external noises, the structure is not soundproofed!
