They do not honor their own policies. Do not use this company that engages a third party for refunds. This way they can avoid paying you even with evidence of a refund claim. They will cheat you out of hard-earned money. Use a more honorable business.

Nice hotel near Duomo. Good location. Duomo sqaure is just outside the hotel within 2 minute walk. Florence is so compact and walkable, you would probably be close to some attraction with any hotel in the area. This one is close to the most famous attaction. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. The hotel is inside what looks like a nice historical building. Check-in needs to be arranged on the phone since there's no staff on site. A good place to stay for a visit to beautiful Florence which is probably the most beautiful town we visited in Italy. Everything including all attractions are walkable if you are OK with walking a few km a day. The hotel doesn't have breakfast although it is a B&B. It would be nice if it is included.

Amazing location! Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance...shopping and restaurants everywhere, two minutes from Piazza della Repubblica, two minutes from the Duomo. Location could not be any better! We were travelling with our adult children so had three rooms, all rooms were comfortable and had all the amenites we needed. Check in and check out was super easy.

Excellent Location, that's around the block from the cathedral. Many cafes, restaurants, and shopping all around. Short walk to major museums and train station. Room had high ceiling, comfortable bed, and view of Via Roma.

We loved the room here. Really felt like you were in Italy, huge windows and doors etc. Very good location, just around the corner from the main sites. Coffee maker in room and water machine in corridor. Simple breakfast of biscuits and jam or chocolate spread in room. Small fridge. Nice shower room with good size shower. Very nice location in good shopping street. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bed was lovely and comfortable, good quality linen, pillows and mattress. If visiting again I would most definitely stay here Wonderful old fashioned lift. We advised what time we would be arriving and our host was waiting outside for us and took us to our room and explained everything. House keeping in morning. For a budget stay you really couldn't do better.

Location is the best, between railway station and Cathedral. There is no front desk in hotel but do not worry about it. Samuel & Paolo, hosts of the hotel, are helpful & reachable. They provided us with their WhatsApp phones & met us for check in. Thank you.

Perfect location right next to the Duomo.
I wish the people would've explained the check in process better, we didn't understand that the guy would be meeting up in the front of the building since you need a code to get in. But they did let us check in a couple hours early which was really nice especially since it was so hot. It was nice to have to lug our bag around in the heat.
I wish the guy would've explained that the reason they had taken some hardwood floor pieces off was because the shower was leaking. Which was kind of annoying, but overall not that big of a deal. I just wished they would've provided additional towels so it we didn't have to keep stepping on a soaking wet towel. He did explain they were going to fix it soon once they had time. I guess I would rather deal with a leak then have my reservation be cancelled.
Overall, pleased with our stay and would recommend to friends. Very very ideal location.

We had AC, a private bathroom, and nice spacious room, and within walking distance to EVERYTHING, especially right by the Duomo… can’t ask for much more. 9.5/10
