Matteo was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary, but location is quite far away from city centre.

They are professional and so kind. Every thing was perfect but the location.

Our family (two parents and three kids) had an absolutely wonderful stay at this B&B in Florence. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What really made our visit special was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. David especially went above and beyond, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants and museums. Thanks to them, we truly enjoyed every part of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again!

We had a great stay at this lovely and tidy room, located within walking distance from the historical center of Florence. The added bonus of on-site parking was really convenient, but what truly made this place stand out was the staff. From the moment we arrived, Matteo took the time to give us a detailed tour (complete with a map!) of what to see and what to avoid in Florence — including honest advice about tourist traps, local restaurants, museums, and hidden gems. His recommendations saved us time and made our visit much more enjoyable. He was also available via WhatsApp throughout our stay, always quick to respond and happy to help. He even assisted us in booking restaurant reservations for the evenings, which was a huge help in a busy city like Florence. We really appreciated the personal attention and care. The whole visit felt like we had a local friend guiding us. Highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to Florence.

We. Stayed in the hotel the week before Easter and it was absolutely wonderful stay! Spacious and beautifully decorated and well equipped room, with little fridge for cold drinks as well as wonderful bottle of red wine, which was greatly appreciated. The host Mateo and his team are very warm and very attentive. There is little that Mateo doesn’t know about Florence or it’s tourists attractions or services that we may be looking for! Beautiful continental breakfast, with quirky tea and egg making facilities , good selection of cheese and cold meat and bread. The place is about 20 min slow stroll from the centre, close to public transportation and attractions. Wonder stay! Highly recommended.

Our travel agent booked us for a 3 night stay at B&B Villa Landucci in Florence. Mateo and David were amazing hosts. We stayed in the Chianti room, which was very large for my husband, teenage daugther and I. It was clean, bright, spacious and decorated with such charm. Mateo sat with us for over an hour introducing us to Florence, the history, the culture, food and sights to see. He shared local food spots and made reservations for us as well. David had breakfast ready each morning with fun and joyful conversation. They made the introduction to Florence friendly and inviting. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again next time and would certainly recommend staying here. We liked how we were not in the toursity area but more among the locals with its quiet and historical charm.

Matteo knows everything you need to know about your stay in Florence. We especially enjoyed all the great restaurant recommendations and tips and tricks to all the cultural sights. Actually, he assisted instantly on the go on Messenger with whatecer help we needed while sightseeing. The house is a bit away from city center but we actually ended up seeing this as a great advantage. The city center is super noisy and crowded and after an entire day walking around, it is great to get “home” to a more residencial and calm neighbourhood. On top of that you have a great local food scene to enjoy for dinner in this area. The rooms are great value for money. Nothing fancy but great value.

It's a 25 minute walk to the center. The room is beautiful, very large, same with the bathroom, lots of space to enjoy. There is a minibar and the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is very good, croissants, boiled eggs, juice, cheese, cereal bars. The owner is very nice and provides guidance regarding restaurants and places to see. We used his recommendations for a few restaurants that were outside of the touristic area and they were both good. I would stay there again.

Very beautiful and both lively and peaceful neighbourhood - check the parks and gardens in this area!! a great place to be just out of very touristic area but close to center .There is closed & safe paid parking on the premises and also over the street. Clean place and welcoming host as well . There is also a garden if you need to escape from flat for a cigarette PS: Thanks Matteo for hosting me out of normal checkin hours and for the possibility to leave the car there after check-out!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation in Florence, and staying at Matteo's welcoming and cozy place was part of this wonderful experience. We booked the Family/Deluxe room directly through their website, which made it convenient to communicate with the host to ask about the room choice, arrival process, etc. through WhatsApp in real-time. The room on the second floor was spacious and very quiet (the latter was particularly important since we are both light sleepers). The Villa was within walking distance of the Florence Historical Center, a nice 25-30 min stroll to the main attractions. Matteo took his time to give us an overview of the city and recommendations about museums, historical landmarks, and restaurants (including those off the beaten path). We also took a day trip to Siena and Mateo helped a great deal to plan the itineraries including what to see on the way to Siena and where to stop for dinner. It was also nice to interact with other B&B guests during daily breakfasts, served by David who spoke several languages and was kind and attentive to all questions and requests. Since there is so much left to see in Florence and nearby towns, and if we come back to Florence, we will definitely stay at this B&B place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's B&B. Matteo's assistant David gave us a summary how to get around in the area, the restaurants, the nearby market, and how to get to all the attractions. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood just outside the skirt of all the attractions, which is perfect for us to walk to all the attractions and then come back to sit back in the court yard with some local fruits and drinks bought from local markets. We like the stay as Matteo, and David provided the guests with their personal touch with their knowledge, perspective view about their culture. To us, that's the travel about, to learn, to appreciate the life we have, and treasure the moments and people we met❤️

Villa Landucci is surely place to look at seeking accommodation in Florence. Located close to old town in a quiet area offers good starting point to your exploration of town's beauty. It has its own atmosphere, unique and authentic. Nice spacious rooms designed in regional style are comfortable and offers all you might need. Balcony gives you a view to back garden. Villa has its own parking area (inside, not on the street) and gives opportunity to book park place. What gives signature and spark of the place is the owner who is always ready to help. If you visit Florence for the first time, he shows you places to go on the map, gives you handy info what to focus on, what to avoid due to long queues or maybe how to book entrance in advance. He seems to have quite a knowledge also about restaurants and food. Kindly recommends what are(by his own experience) restaurants to go to. He is available even to book table to one you choose (booking is needed for dinner especially). Simply Villa Landucci is like a family place, you are not only a guest, but a person who is recognized as individual. I personally recommend it!
