AVOID - as per the other reviews they kept saying my card had been declined but my card provider confirmed no requests had been made. I was due to stay there on the 10/10/2023 and despite sending messages and emails I received no response from the property, They also did not respond to ***********. They cancelled today 06/10/2023 so I have made a booking elsewhere. Lucky escape I think

This wasn't the best experience I have ever had. Not in a particularly great location. We left after one night. It was up 3 flights of stairs, the corridors and stair wells were so depressing. Signs of what you would have to pay if you "broke the keys" or "poured water on the electric hob", say what? On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. although pillows very much on the hard side. To our amazement the shower was very good.

DO NOT BOOK THIS IS A SCAM This apartment company regularly take cheap bookings far in advance, and then cancel them with no communication if they can fill the rooms at a higher price. They continually blamed our credit cards, despite us confirming with the banks and using multiple cards to attempt to pay. They never replied to a single email or answered the phone and this resulted in them leaving 25 student stranded in Florence. Quite frankly I'm disgusted with a service as shocking as this. I repeat, do not book.

We did not succed in staying there. 5 days before our arrival, the property cancelled our reservation, with no reason. We had no chance to discuss with them and find solutions to the problem, although we tried several times to contact them via all communication channels. Book on your own risk. You need nerves of steel. I will never try them again

The apartment was basic. There was no storage in the bedroom for clothes as all the wardrobe s had padlocks on them apart from one with bedding in it. There was a chest of drawers but none of the drawers opened. However, the main issue we had was the lack of communication with the owner regards trying to get into the apartment at the start of the holiday. We messaged our expected arrival time (between 6pm and 7) as per instruction from *********** and we were told someone would be there to meet us at the apartment. We waited from 6.15 pm and after numerous phone calls neither us or *********** were able to contact the owner to come out and meet us. Finally and unbelievably at after 11 pm at night the pizza restaurant across the road managed to contact the owner on our behalf and after half an hour she finally came to meet us. By which time we were freezing cold and very tired. I am so pleased I wasn't a lone traveller as I would have felt very vulnerable in this situation. Not a great start to the holiday. The only good thing about the apartment was it's location close to the centre.

CHE CUCINA DI M3RD4!!!!! abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in 5 persone, in un monolocale dove nemmeno una persona da sola stava comoda. hanno anche il coraggio di dire che è da 6 persone !!!!!!! il piano di sopra era un soppalco dove non potevi nemmeno stare in piedi (quante capate!!!) -l'anta dell'armadio mi è rimasta in mano -non c'erano pentole, bicchieri, piatti, NIENTE GAS!!!! -zuzzuso come i zingari -una doccia che se non stai attento ti spezzi le gambe ( un bagno per 5 persone, abbiamo dovuto fare la fila per poter evacuare l'intestino) -io un cesso così piccolo mai visto, se facevo un pirito morivo pero la mia amica dice che è già tanto se c'era, non nego che la paura di non trovarlo era alta. per entrare nel palazzo dovevi passare per una autofficina che puzza di diesel abbiamo anche assistito a uno sfratto avvenuto nel palazzo E POI ogni volta che provavamo a dormire passava un elicottero sopra la testa, per cui l'unica cosa che potevi fare la dentro era impossibile. almeno c'è il kebabbaro sotto, anche se fa una puzza che manco li cani!!!!

Terrorífico. Nos dejaron tirados y cancelaron nuestra reserva cuando ya habíamos iniciado nuestro viaje por Italia. La atención telefónica fue nefasta, con gritos, muy maleducada. Me dio un ataque de ansiedad pensando que me quedaba en la calle viajando con niños. Leyendo las opiniones de otros viajeros, definitivamente salí ganando no quedándome allí. Unos impresentables.

Esperienza negativa. Ho prenotato diversi mesi prima senza cancellazione ma due giorni prima della partenza hanno disdetto dicendo che la mia carta di credito aveva rifiutato il pagamento. La banca invece non ha mai ricevuto tale richiesta. Ho chiamato al numero di telefono che c’è su Booking e mi ha risposto una signora che ha detto di essere la signora delle pulizie e che non si occupa delle prenotazioni. Nessun contatto ne spiegazione ho avuto alle mail che ho inviato alla struttura. Questo comportamento scorretto ha causato grandi disagi perché ho dovuto prenotare un altro alloggio molto più caro a ridosso del viaggio.

monolocale con un soppalco. C'erani asciugamani e lenzuola sporche di chissà che cosa... una doccia minuscola, inadatta pure per dei bimbi piccoli. Un parto per lavarsi i piedi, visto che non c'era abbastanza spazio per piegarsi. Siamo rimasti senza luce ben 12 ore e la ragazza è stata assolutamente scortese, deridendoci al telefono e augurandomi "buon viaggio" (ma il "buon viaggio te lo augurio io quando ti mando a fan...). Sembra di aver vissuto in una discarica per 3 giorni. Vi prego, piuttosto dormite vicino al clochard sotto casa, sarebbe sicuramente più pulito ve lo assicuro.
