It was a real pleasure for us to be guests of this incredible hotel! I put the high rating first and foremost because of the great treatment we received upon check-in. Personally escorted and accommodated by the kind gentleman at the reception, we received all the details for our stay and a willingness for constant support. I am delighted with the service and cleaning of the rooms - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, rich enough for every taste. There are also fresh juices for detox. I am in love with the toiletries in the bathroom - such high quality and wonderful scent. I am impressed with the hotel's branding on all the extras for guests - the bathroom slippers, hangers, toilet paper, etc. Everything is tastefully done and meets the highest requirements and criteria. The lobby bar staff is also very friendly. The location was convenient for us, a room with a view of the river and a balcony - a great view, fresh air and pleasant silence. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect balance between high quality of service, location and price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are guests of the city. Relatively close to the city center, but the infrastructure is old. The rooms are a bit outdated. However, the exceptional service from the staff made up for it, my compliments to them!

The soundproofing is terrible; you can practically hear everything spoken and even people getting ready in their bathrooms. The service was good, though; they helped us call a taxi. Breakfast was just so-so.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good. The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well. The hotel breakfast was decent. They had various breads, different spreads, cheeses, and sweet pastries, plus fresh juice. If I come back to the area, I might choose to stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel. The front desk even upgraded my room for free. Although the bathroom layout was a bit cramped, it's understandable. Everything else was great. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. An established hotel with reliable service. The breakfast is extensive and includes freshly squeezed juices. As expected for European hotels, the rooms aren't huge. Although it's not in the city center, you can book a shuttle service in advance for a free ride downtown. Florence isn't a big city, so we'd take the free shuttle to the city center in the morning and then just stroll back to the hotel in the afternoon, saving on bus fares. Plus, it's within walking distance to Piazzale Michelangelo.
