It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable. There’s a tram station not far from the hotel.

Poor quality, but front desk is Ok

The hotel location was very good, cleaning, and the service was excellent. NO AIR CONDITIONING! The hotel employees stated that the city doesn't allow turning on the AC until June. The windows only can be opened a little, so you can breathe at night. I had to get up 2 times each night, take a shower to refreshen up and be able to sleep. AC only in the lobby area of the hotel. A 200 euros night hotel, without AC ??? When I picked the hotel, I picked it with wifi, AC, and breakfast. Silvia, from Florida, USA.

Hotel is a bit far from the Florence central station. It will be helpful to gives a directional map how to get to the hotel in their website. The reception staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with choices, but serving staffs are not that friendly.

A little bit noisy

Excellent hotel to stay while in Florence. Close to the SMN & Centro area. Front desk staff are friendly & helpful, especially Mr. Maroon 1 who went above and beyond when responding to our queries & requests. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of items to choose from.

Location: walk less than 10 min from train station but beware with your trolley because many dog shits and urine for pedestrian. Services: room with good shampoo, bath form and body lotion and room is clean Room: spacious and coffee machine and hot water at lobby FOC. But 2 facing also have train sounds and I prefer facing mountain view.

The room is very large, which is rare in Europe. You can walk around freely even if you spread out two suitcases. We arrived in Florence in the morning and they checked us in early. There is a coffee machine on the first floor so you can drink coffee or tea at any time. There are many varieties of breakfast and the environment is also very good. It's very comfortable to stay!

The hotel is very new, the room is quite large~ The facilities are complete, there is a common area in the lobby with a coffee machine and free tea bags, the front desk staff is also very friendly~ There are many types of breakfast, all Western food It is just a distance from the train station, and it is relatively deserted compared to China Street. If it is late at night, it is not recommended to choose this relatively far hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to it, and the road is also a bit desolate~
