Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. We received all necessary indications on restaurants, trips and place to visit. Our room was perfect with lot of day light. Outside flag was making noise and staff fixed it immediately. Will be back

My “go to place” in Florence. I went back to Casa Howard after a bit less than a year after my previous stay and my experience was even better than last time. Wonderful and very caring host with exceptional staff. First class breakfast.

Lovely experience! Everything about Casa Howard is exceptional, clean, stylish, beautifully designed rooms with a combination of antique and modern, right in the center of Florence. Service was attentive and proficient, breakfast delicious , it has been an extremely pleasant stay, I look forward to returning.

Great location, two weeks steps away from the train station, excellent staff, room totally eco friendly and stocked with everything you need to make your trip memorable. Our big spacious room was furnished with extreme good taste, with a very comfortable double twin bed, with extra soft pillows and a big sofa at the bottom of our bed. Definitely a must place to stay if you go to Florence.

Very convenient to train station. Bed was hard and uncomfortable although decor was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and arrived very timely. Staff was not very welcoming and tried to charge us a late fee although arrived before 10pm.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish with attention to details and touch of Italian luxury. The smell,l when you walk in, interior and staff. The location is also very convenient- near train station but on the way to the centre of Florence. I will definitely stay at Casa Howard again!
