The croissants for breakfast were absolutely delicious!! If I ever come to Florence again, I'd love to stay here again!

Convenient location - walkable to metro is the only pro. Breakfast service was disappointing, the staff was walking between our legs and grabbing plates from our hand. Rude though may not be intended. Room was just ok, good size bur bathroom was tiny. Average but may not be worth the cost.

Good location, 5 mins walk from Florence train stations. Nearby many restaurants.

This hotel has a lot of mosquitoes at night. However, when I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning, they promptly addressed the issue. The hotel's location is actually very good.

The location is very good and convenient！

The breakfast was delicious, but the facilities were the worst of all the places I've stayed in Europe. During my month-long stay in Italy, all the places I booked were similarly priced, but this one was significantly worse than the cheaper ones. It was cold, poorly ventilated, cramped, and the layout was a bit odd. Most importantly, the soundproofing was completely nonexistent. There are many places with poor soundproofing, but this is the worst I've ever seen. I could hear even the quietest conversations from the next room. Only stay here if you're planning on just sleeping and having breakfast. However, it's close to the train station and a busy area, so there's plenty to eat, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk is friendly. However, the interior, while unique, was significantly older than most Korean motels, and there were crawling bugs.

The location was great and it was very convenient for everything. The front desk staff were very kind and explained everything to us in detail.

The location is excellent. The receptionist was very friendly. We were there in October so it wasn't a problem, but there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning, so I imagine it might be hot in the summer.

The room was a bit small, but it was still a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and most importantly, the location was perfect. The Duomo, Uffizi, and Ponte Vecchio are all within walking distance. There were also many restaurants near the hotel, making everything convenient and enjoyable. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay at Hotel Rex again.

The receptionists were very helpful and could store our luggage temporarily. The hotel has double-glazed windows, which provide good soundproofing, but since there's a busy street below, we still needed to bring earmuffs. If you can tolerate some noise, this is a good option. This was the only hotel we stayed at with double-glazed windows; the others had single-glazed windows with less effective soundproofing. I didn't take any pictures, but the wardrobes and tables inside were made of rather old-fashioned wood. Italian hotels generally have very small showers and tiny elevators; this is a common occurrence.

The location is excellent; the room is okay, the bed is comfortable and conducive to sleep; the environment is okay; the hygiene is good and the cleaning is very attentive; the service is very good, the attitude is very good to solve the problem, and they also helped me find the items I forgot in the room after checking out.
