We checked in at 10:10pm and checked out at 6:30am , both time there's no one at the reception. Location is OK, very close to the bus stop. Room is medium clean, a bit damp and dark

The hotel is nice and beautiful, it has a backyard. The room is spacious, clean and good lighting. I really like their shampoo and shower gel.

It's a bit far away, so you have to take a bus. The room was spacious and clean. It was inconvenient because there were no staff at the counter, but the call was well received

The service was great. Although it mentioned that the front desk will close after 2pm, a detailed check in process and other important information will be provided in advance by the hotel. Thus, the self check in process was completed smoothly.
Also it was convenient that a huge supermarket nearby. Another excellent point is that the hotel offered slippers!
For me the only negative comment is that the shower room is a bit too small.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late as we were travelling from Rome. Gabriele was pretty prompt and sent us all the necessary information ahead of our arrival as the reception service was until 3pm on Sunday.
The room was surprisingly nice and clean, and indeed exceeded our expectation. Even though for just a night I thought this was a pretty good one.
Nearby hotel has a nice pasta restaurant Al Peposo, just need to walk about 10 mins. Day time you can just walk towards town areas, you won’t get bored with the surroundings.
