No space for luggage. The room is very small. No hairdryer, pls bring yours. The receptionist is not 24hrs ready, pay attention to late checkin fee

Such a wonderful stay. Great location, warm greeting with clear explanations of everything and house was spotless. The view was breathtaking!

I would only recommend this guesthouse if you are on a budget which is the only reason why I put 3*. We had 3 issues during our stay : It was super cold (winter time) in the room and the shared bathroom and heaters struggle to cope with the cold with such high ceiling. We had to ask reception to set different heating hours. We also had a painful issue with an alarm (high pitch beep every minute) during the night which happened to be the smoke detector battery being out. I had to help myself reception to find the cause as they were not able to fix it and I found it. I think the beep would have continue for a second night if I would not have found myself the cause. Wifi was out of order for a day but they managed to fix it relatively quickly. On the positive side, bathroom (even if shared) and the room was clean. If you want a more comfortable and romantic experience, you should book a hotel.

I do NOT recommend for tourist. We had 2 horrible nights. This is a guest house so shared amenities and such but with the other guest it was hard to relax with people coming and going throughout the night. There were people the first night making food and smashing dishes in the kitchen until midnight and while we respect the culture, we rise early and did not sleep well or at all. The second night someone was slamming and banging on the door and buzzer to be let in and yelling for quite some time. When we tried to call the host, he only said some one missed check in and nothing was really done about it! After that experience we did not feel safe to stay there any more, even if it was another guest trying to check in, having someone try to kick the door down during the night was enough that we had to leave. We left two nights into our four night booking.The manager Alfonzo refused to refund us our money for the last two nights and called us liars when we explained what happened. I have not left a bad review for a service before but this was a terrible experience.

Good for the price, part of an old building. Very helpful staff at all time. Shopping close. Tram to downtown, airport, train and bus stations within 10 minutes walking distance. Many thanks for wonderful staff service.

The bedroom, shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Just no aircon in the bedroom, but a fan was provided.
