Very pleasant three night stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet, outstanding location. No food. Although management is mostly absent, Matteo was very helpful whenever needed and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Not for those who need pampering, but a great spot within easy walking distance of all the core attractions.

Nice place, vgery clean, good quality. A little nicy due to poor sound insulation between rooms. And no breakfast.

It is a cute place and very convenient at the center of Florence. It’s situated near all of the high end shops, river, and restaurants. Everything is all within walking distance from the property. Hosts were quick to communicate and we were able to get into the room last minute due to our flight cancellation. Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you.

This place is now one of our favorite spots to stay when we return to Florence for trips! Such an amazing property! Great rooms, great staff, so clean and tidy, and it’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING! We love this place! Love it! Can’t say enough good things about it in this small space. As a matter of fact, we’re planning a return trip and we’re setting it up around bookings at this location.

Very conveniently located, very friendly and attentive, but cannot call yourself a B&B and not serve breakfast. Sorry. And the price/value relationship? Knowing that centric properties are more expensive, still doesn’t justify the price.

Really loved the hospitality, the location, the recommendations given by the staff and their friendliness. The room was simple yet well decorated. I could hear music drift inside from the street below. The wind was also perfect. I had a really good Florence visit thanks to them
