Lovely top apartment space for us as a family of 4. We went during winter, and it was nice and cosy. The only downside was that one of the rooms was on the road side, so cars and motorbikes going up the hill during the night would occasionally wake us up. The main double bedroom was very quiet. Great place as long as those staying in the second bedroom are not overly sensitive to a little road noise. Super friendly staff, and the cafe and restaurants nearby were great and did take-out too. Will go back for sure.

I personally prefer staying in Fiesole when visiting Florence as it’s easier to park the car and public transport gets you into the city within 15 minutes. Being at the base of Fiesole also makes it faster and this villa served as a great base. The room was spacious with a nice terrace, bed fairly comfortable and bedroom and bathroom look nicer than the pictures. All very comfortable. Adequate breakfast to get you going in the morning. Easy to hit the highway if you want to go to the outlet mall or onwards on your road trip. If you stay here do drive up the hill or take the bus for a great view overlooking the city. The host and her family were also friendly, never intrusive and for a B&B vs a hotel this was a great option.

I spent two nights in this attractive villa at the bottom of the Fiesole hill. My room was large and clean, and had a nice view of the garden. The owner was helpful. When -- because of the rain -- I struggled to get a taxi for the airport, she offered to ask her daughter to drive me. Fortunately, I did find a cab eventually, but I appreciated the gesture. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Agatha which was a large and beautiful room. The beds are the comfiest I have stayed in. A warm welcome, Breakfast adequate and the ability to buy bus tickets very useful. There are a couple of local restaurants too. It is a quiet residential area and is a good 20 or more minutes into town depending on traffic and bus. If you want to be in the thick of it this isn’t for you. But if you want peace at the end of a days site seeing then it’s perfect. Parking on site at a charge though of 12 Euro.

We love the b&b the room was big and very comfortable, the breakfast was very satisfying. Our room was very close to the reception but it was not noisy. We recommend this place. Is 40 minutes walking from the center, across the street is a bus stop and you get to the main square in 15 minutes and if you rent a car like us in 10 minutes you will get there. The place has parking for additional 15€.
