My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. In one of our rooms, we found 2 cockroaches. They never replaced toilet paper or towels in our rooms. Also, my sister and mom and myself woke up with what looked to be bug bites. Lastly, at breakfast, the utensils/bowls always had old food on them, and I even found hair in my yogurt that wasn’t mine. The only decent thing about this hotel was the staff, they were very kind, and the view from our room. Definitely would not recommend.

Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti in questo b&b ci siamo trovate molto bene! Accogliente e pulito la host super gentile e disponibile!la fermata del bus è proprio davanti al B&B, pur essendo sulla strada di notte non si sente nulla. Sicuramente ci torneremo

Molto carino e vicinissimo al centro. Gestito da personale molto professionale e di grande supporto. All’arrivo la sig.ra Barbara mi ha dato le indicazioni stradali/mezzi di trasporto per arrivare dall’apt. Il giorno della partenza era il 20/10 e in tutta Italia ci sono stati scioperi: è stato cancellato il mio volo di ritorno e la sig.ra Barbara si è interessata a trovarmi altra soluzione in quanto loro erano al completo. Lo consiglio!

Prenotato tramite telefono parlando con Giuseppe, mi manda la conferma di prenotazione tramite e-mail con un link per il pagamento che avrei dovuto saldare entro 3 giorni dall’arrivo in struttura (tra circa 2 mesi). Oggi mi arriva un’altra e-mail con la disdetta della prenotazione, controllo sul sito e trovo la stessa camera che avevo prenotato (Dante) libera e a 20€ in più di quanto l’avevo fermata io. Chiamo e mi sento dire che non avevano il mio numero di cellulare corretto e non avevano potuto avvisarmi e, sempre il signor Giuseppe, mi dice che avrei dovuto prenotare tramite Booking. Pessimo servizio, a me sembra un atteggiamento da truffatori. Sconsigliatissimo.

La struttura ha un sito web in cui il contatto telefonico risulta spento o irraggiungibile, pertanto se avete la sventura di perdere o essere derubati del cellulare non avrete la possibilità di risalire ai codici per accedere alla struttura e quindi alla camera. La linea Wi-Fi era presente all’ingresso per poi risultare apparente e quindi inesistente nelle camere, almeno nella camera Vasari. Pulizie superficiali. Colazione povera con prodotti da discount e avanzi di torte del giorno prima. Uniche note positive, la posizione e il cordiale personale addetto alla colazione.

Personale gentile e disponibile, ma di sicuro non è un B&B da 4 stelle, colazione molto meno assortita rispetto a quanto descritto. Struttura vecchia, differente dalle foto caricate sul sito booking. Pulizia non ottimale. Secondo me potrebbe essere un ottimo 3 stelle, ma non di sicuro un 4
