It's impossible to get a good night's sleep in Malta... I left St. Julian's (because the music was blaring) for Valletta, but it wasn't working out there either: even at night, cannons and fireworks are firing, making the walls shake. And that's not all... The air conditioning in this hotel is rattling... it crunches, creaks, beeps, and makes all sorts of noises. It's just impossible to sleep at 23°C. The hotel is nice, the location is good at first glance, and the rooms are also good, but the condition requires improvement... for example, the walls near the air conditioner... or the rusty kettle... or the toilet seat that doesn't stay on properly... or the lack of a minibar (fridge...). Please do something...

In general all was fine. Had problems with toilet not flushing twice - staff were responsive. Also tv not functioning well but may have been an internet problem. Street side room was noisy. Breakfast was fine/ average. Fair value for money.

No coffee in the room. No shower gel in the room. No hand soap in the room. Room Door was damaged. Big noisy Aircon units that shine a massive light at you when sleeping ----------------- Very nice staff Good location Decent breakfast

A lot of things did not work. No pool. Gym room renovated they said. Safes do not work. Breakfast really minimal. It is too expensive for what they give

The cover on the hot tub was in terrible condition, we didn’t even consider using it. Breakfast was ok, would have been better with just a good continental breakfast. The pool was “being refurbished” so unable to use it. Whilst a good hotel close to the old centre of Valletta, it really wasn’t “Boutique”

Very good hotel, just they need a little maintenance. In my room toilet was flushing all the time and unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for the whole of my stay.

On arrival, everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and let us store our luggage as we were early. Unfortunately, the A/C and TV were not working and there was no fridge/mini bar as advertised. The front desk staff really was not helpful in resolving any of these issues. On a positive note, the bed was super comfortable and the location was great.
