"It's impossible to get a good night's sleep in Malta... I left St. Julian's (because the music was blaring) for Valletta, but it wasn't working out there either: even at night, cannons and fireworks are firing, making the walls shake. And that's not all... The air conditioning in this hotel is rattling... it crunches, creaks, beeps, and makes all sorts of noises. It's just impossible to sleep at 23°C. The hotel is nice, the location is good at first glance, and the rooms are also good, but the condition requires improvement... for example, the walls near the air conditioner... or the rusty kettle... or the toilet seat that doesn't stay on properly... or the lack of a minibar (fridge...). Please do something..."

"We stayed for three days in September. The apartment is in a separate four-story building in a beautiful old house with a single entrance, an open rooftop terrace, and a well-maintained green park nearby. It's a five-minute walk to the hop-on/hop-off tourist stop, and another two minutes to the bus stop for express trains from the airport or to the entrance to the Valletta fortified steps. I was amazed and delighted by EVERYTHING, especially: the staff's attitude: always available, responding to messages within 1-2 minutes, helping, and resolving issues. Despite the check-in time policy, we were able to check in almost 4 (!) hours before the property's stated check-in time. The apartment was on the 3rd floor: they immediately helped us with our suitcases, and there was a video intercom. The apartment is spacious and perfectly clean: no limescale stains, no dust, not a single spot in the kitchen or bathroom. The stylish interior, a comfortable mattress on the fold-out sofa, thick hotel bed linens, a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen (with TEA CAPSULES, COFFEE, and a COFFEE MACHINE PLANT!), everything in the bathroom works perfectly and without any noise in the pipes, fluffy, snow-white towels and robes, and matching shower accessories."
