I was compelled to pay at the entrance, before seeing the room I was going to spend the night. Big mistake. The room stunk of piss and mould, was boiling hot with an air-conditioning that wasn't working, there were no bed sheets, towels and everything was dirty. A B&B with an horrendous infestation of rodents and cockroachs!! I stepped on two cockroachs and I could not sleep with the mice noise coming from the bedroom walls and the fear they would get all over me during my sleep. It was traumatising, I could not sleep and had to leave at sunrise as it was so unbereable. I felt I was in a horror movie. Staff were rude, didn't seem to care about my problems and after I cancelled my stay to go to an alternative place, refused to give my money back.

They will require full payment upon arrival and when you get to your room you will see why. The room is INFESTED WITH MICE which constantly run around in the walls. The incessant sounds of mice running and squeeking about is horrific and the place should be shut down as it's a health hazard. We were forced to stay one night before finding alternative accommodation and they refused issuing a refund thus resulting in a law suit. If you want a rodent infested, broken aircon, dirty, urine scented shed with multiple health hazards such as rusty fridge, cockroaches, and noisy mice running around plus no security due to adjoining doors and bathroom windows (you can get into the neighbours bathroom if you want) then good luck. The staff are sarcastic and unhelpful and have no word. They promised us a full refund then refused to give it once we had left. AVOID.

O lugar é lindo, arborizado, tranquilo. A ideia do hotel em si é ótima: com trilhas, caiaque, parquinho, chalés. Precisa passar por algumas manutenções no quarto (forro, torneiras). A sala de jogos fica distante e abafada. O parquinho tem vários brinquedos enferrujados. E, faltou organização na hora do checkout com cobrança indevida e confusão nas reservas. Os funcionário são bem educados e cordiais, a piscina bonita. Tomara que esse comentário ajude-os a enxergar que a excelência também está nos detalhes.

Unas vacaciones muy agradable, hotel limpio, desayuno rico y abundante el personal muy amable y siempre tratando de solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Para los que quieran extras la cena bufet es muy aceptable las hamburguesas son extraordinarias y los tragos 10 de 10.

Fui com amigos de São Paulo, fiquei em um apartamento semplicemente fantástico, em uma paz total no meio da natureza com um ótimo conforto e limpeza excelente. Maravilhoso café da manhã e pessoal super profissional, sem falar da simpatia dos proprietários, um casal fantástico. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei constantemente.
